1.) Why did you join Wattpad?

I'm happy that question was asked. I rarely tell people of what inspired me to join wattpad. So, back in 2014, I was a normal kid who always asked for their parents phone, even though I had my own. I've had my own phone since, like the 4th grade, which was a small working flip phone. Anyways, back to why I joined.

One day while strolling through my dad's phone, (my mom was not a fan of me using her phone for internet lol.) Wattpad appeared on his phone, I was reading and looking for fanfiction books to read which at the time was "Naruto" and "Children of The Corn." When wattpad appeared, I hadn't found a book for fanfiction to read, but I was able to see what it had to show.

I would say not too long after, I got an account of my own, not the account I have now. I had some classmates who ruined it for me years after.

So, I started writing mostly fanfiction until I got comfortable writing a novel of my own idea(s).

Lastly, for this question, I want to add that my username is named after my older brother, who passed away 2 years prior to me joining wattpad.

He came up with Every Heart Has A Hero one day for a doctor appointment. He is my biggest reason for being able to proudly represent this username for the past 10 years.

2.) Did you intend on making long-last friendships through wattpad, or did that happen by chance?

Honestly, I say that was by chance of all of my friendships I made. I keep in touch with three to four people outside of wattpad on another platform because I've become really good friends with them. I did lose some over the years, but the ones that I keep in touch with now are the ones I consider more family than friends.

3.) What has been your favorite part of Wattpad so far?

Originally I would say having private messages, just because if you wanted to keep conversations between you and one other person without others being involved it was nice. Now it's role playing with friends, seeing how my writing has changed over the years.

4.) What has been your least favorite part of Wattpad so far?

When wattpad got rid of the private messages in 2024.

5.) Do you have a favorite book or story on wattpad that isn't written by you?

I fell in love with an ongoing book called "His Dark Embrace" by emilytwin. It's a werewolf book, very strong female lead character who shows that anyone especially girls won't back down fighting for what they believe in.

6.) What is your favorite fanfiction book?

I really don't have a fanfiction book, but I do love to read books on The Gifted, Locke & Key, Maze Runner, and Children of The Corn.

7.) A book that I've written that is my favorite to write?

Oh man, that's tough. Over the years I've written so many books, but currently I have been love my book "Journey Home (Short Story Collection.) This book has been fun to writer, I take twist of stories that you think it's gonna be this way, but then you wonder what truth is there.

Also the book has a hint of an actual home feeling in every chapter, some real experiences that I dealt with, or what I feel could be real.

Lastly I want to add, that that latest chapter "In The Lies", when I was writing the chapter on wattpad, I got news of my uncle passing away in a car accident.

So "In The Lies" is dedicated to him in a small meaningful way.

8.) What is your foundest memory from being on wattpad?

Finding friends who wouldn't judge me for having a learning disability, and being able to talk to them when things were hard.

9.) What is your least fondest memory from being on wattpad?

Being accused by someone I thought was my friend, and accused me or something I never did. I helped them with having an extra account I wasn't using, and they accused me of still having the account and password, when I stopped checking that account and email.

Moral of the story don't give someone an extra account if they ask, because they'll likely accuse you for no reason.

10.) What do you want people to remember about you?

I'm not really sure, just mostly I am happy with what I write and want to inspire for future writers.

11.) What do people may not know about you?

My username is in honor of my late older brother. I am the young of 3 siblings, 2012 my oldest sibling (first born) died when I was 12. He came up with Every Heart Has A Hero one day at a doctor appointment. When he passed away, and I found wattpad, I dedicated my username to him, as a reminder that even though him and I weren't close, I am honoring something he created.

12.) Do you have any goals for wattpad?

I hope once I finish "Journey Home" that I can publish it on Amazon where you can self publish, but it's a long way of ways.

Or I hope I can get more people to read any of my books.

13.) Would you like to share anything about yourself that doesn't have to do with wattpad?

I love true crime and listen to missing person and cold cases try to make sense of what happened to people.
