Natalia had a wild card up her sleeve that could either ruin her or make her triumphant and she was ready to take that chance, she sat on her bed looking at the coffee on her table, wondering if she was going to regret her forthcoming actions or not but the thought of she trampling on Lana gave her the courage to go ahead with it, she reached for her bag and brought out the drug she was going to use to lace Steve's coffee, she dropped a pinch of the drug in the coffee, this substance is going to make Steve totally unconscious minutes after consumption even if it's just a sip or two.

She took the coffee to his study but to her surprise Matilda was already there serving Steve coffee, this made Natalia furious but she didn't make it obvious, she had to find a way to make Steve drink the coffee she brought, momentarily Matilda left "Natalia, I see you haven't gone to bed..... anything bothering you?" She was running out of ideas to get her plan to motion and then she decided to pull a smart one on him.

Natalia: Steve I saw Lana earlier, she didn't look so happy, don't you think you should check on her?

Steve: Yes.... and believe me you don't want to know why she's upset but don't worry, I'm not going to be here for long

At this point Natalia is overwhelmed with joy, she's so happy she's creating a rift between them but she pretended to feel bad, "It looks like we are going to be here for a while, you should drink your coffee before it gets cold, I had mine already", she suggested and Steve took a huge gulp of it, Natalia smirked a little as he did so.

Few minutes later Steve began to feel dizzy, he couldn't move his muscles and in no time he was totally knocked out, "ITS SHOWTIME!" Natalia said to herself as she stood up and went straight up to Steve's room, where Lana was, she was ready to play her wild card and she had a feeling it was going to favor her greatly.

She barged into Steve's room, startling Lana, "What's the meaning of this?!" Lana exclaimed, "You are about to find out" Natalia said with an ominous gaze.
