The fundraiser event turned out perfect and Lana is still in shock that Steve is the mysterious CEO of Efficacy Media and he seems to have feelings for her sort of. Although nothing is set in stone or defined, not yet at least, she's starting to have feelings for him too.
Diane makes herself a beverage, sat close to the fireplace and noticed Lana looked blue "Lana what's wrong? Is this about Steve being the mysterious CEO thingy?" Lana replies "No Dee, not really, it's just that the last time I felt like this for anyone, it didn't end well, you know what happened". Diane glares at Lana "Lana we made a promise to eachother never to speak of it again, for Christ sake you're not a Murderer, it was a mistake, you have to let it go and stop blaming yourself" Lana starts crying bitterly "No Diane it was my fault, I pushed him and he fell and slammed his head on the floor and died, I killed him Diane! I killed him! I'm a Murderer!" Diane hugs Lana and kisses her on her forehead in comfort "Lana you're not a Murderer, he was abusive and you had to defend yourself, you're not a Murderer Lana, you're my best friend and I love you and my best friend isn't a killer, you didn't kill anyone, it was an accident, you'll be fine I promise" she sobs while petting Lana and she responds "Thank you Dee Dee, I really needed to hear that, what will I do without you". They stopped crying and Diane starts teasing Lana which brightens up the mood a little and they both laughed . "So what should we have for breakfast, I'm thinking pancakes and scrambled eggs, what do you think Lana?"

They both had breakfast and curled up on the couch talking, something they haven't done in a while.

Diane: So......... Steve seems to be really into you, the way he was staring at you last night, I can tell he is really into you babe.
Lana: Oh Dee Dee stop! We are not dating, at least not yet but I think you're right, he might into me and he's so handsome, his blue eyes and wavy hair and those cheekbones, oh God I tried not to stare at him too much last night....... he's dreamy..........
Diane: Hmmmmm....... Someone's in Upendi
Lana: U- what? What does that mean?
Diane: You're in love silly!

Lana and Diane were taking a nap when a phone call came through on Lana's phone, it's from Steve, it woke Lana and when she saw it was a call from Steve she woke Diane, "Diane!!! It's Steve!!" She answered the call............

Steve: Hello beautiful..... how are you doing?
Lana: I'm doing good and you?
Steve: I'm great! But there's something that can make me feel even better

Steve: Seeing your beautiful face.......
Lana: Wow I'm flattered.......
Steve: I want to take you to my favorite place in the city, what do you say Lana? Come pick you up by 5 this evening?
Lana: I will love that
Steve: Great! Your address?
Lana: Oh....ok uhm.... it's 2311 Wall Street Avenue L.A
Steve: Ok got it! See you then.....beautiful

As the call ended Lana and Diane began to shriek in excitement like couple of teenage girls "Oh my God Lana! That's it! He's into you" "Why am I so excited like this Dee, it's been a while I've felt this way, oh well who wouldn't feel this way about a man like Steve, his face looks like it was carved by angels......."
It was 5 minutes past 5 o'clock and the doorbell rang, Diane opened it and of course it was Steve and she let him in. A few seconds later Lana came out of her room to the sitting room, she was on a flowery sleeveless shiffon wrapping dress and nude colored sandals, it looked graceful on her, Lana really has a great sense of fashion. Steve was on a grey suit, the color goes so well with his dreamy blue eyes, they're both ready and out they go.
