All players, coaches and team managers are having lunch together.

"Okay, everyone. I just get news from the organizer. The 3rd match for the group stage of Team Regu event will be held tonight instead of tomorrow. So, make sure you're ready", said Azlan.

"Damn, that will be tough", said one of the main tekong of women team, Marina.

"Yeah. But that's not really bad though. All top seeded nation will be in the same condition", said one of the killer, Abby.

"Except for Thailand and Japan's men team of course. They already facing each other in the 1st match", said Azim.

"That's true. They only have Ireland and Britain left", said Ike.

"Doesn't matter with them. Just focus on your match. That's all matters", said coach Ali, the UPNM coach.

"That's true. Besides, coach Ali and I have our on way to set up the team for the match", said coach Luqman.

Later;

Coach Luqman gathers all his players around.

"Okay, then. For the match against India, this will be our formation. Regu A will be AZ, Azim and Ike. Regu B will be Engku, Zarep and Isa while Regu C are Zuwe, Acap and Danny. FH, RG, Libas and Dam will be the reserve. If we win this match, we'll be through to quarter-final since India lost to Myanmar in the first match. So, give us the win. Understand?" asked coach Luqman.

"Yes, coach", replied all players. Then, all players went for a warm up.

"You have such a great players, sir", said Azlan that passing by.

"Yes. All of them are so passionate. They always find a way to improve themselves everytime they can", said coach Luqman.

"If all players in our country had that passion, Thailand will really had a rival", said Azlan.

"You're right. I'm not saying that our current national had no passion. Our killers like Khairol Zaman, Hanafiah Dollah and Azlan Alias had that passion. It just that I hope everybody has it too", said coach Luqman.

"Couldn't agree more", said Azlan.

Later on;

The match between Malaysia and India is next. Regu A already in the court.

"I wonder if Hariz will play in this match", said Hyori. She came to watch with her parent; Park Sam-gyun and Park Sun-mi.

"I'm sure he will. He's former world champion, right?" asked her mother, Sun-mi.

"Yes but India is not a seeded team. The coach might want to rest him", said Hyori.

"You got a fair point there", said Sam-gyun.

Regu A match was lasted for 40 minutes with Malaysia wins the match with 21-14, 21-11. Then, it's time for Regu B to be in action. Their match lasted about 38 minutes with Malaysia ended up winning the match with 21-12 and 21-11 confirming their place in the quarter-final. Then, it's turn for Regu C to play. India seems like they already not interest to play as Malaysia win the match with 21-7 and 21-6 in less than 30 minutes of the match. Then, all players making their way to the spectators seat where Hariz saw Hyori with her parent. Hariz then walked to Hyori before hugs her.

"You never said anything about coming here", said Hariz.

"Surprise. I even bring my parent too", said Hyori.

"Good to see you both, Sam-gyun samchon and Sun-mi sungmo", greeted Hariz.

"Hariz. Good to see you again, joka. It's was 17 years ago when i last saw you", said Sam-gyun.

"That's true. You are just a little boy that time. Now, you're a former world champion", said Sun-mi.

"That's true. How are you both being doing?" asked Hariz.

"We're good. How's your life in Malaysia? I heard you didn't even staying with your mother", said Sam-gyun.

"That's true. My mother stay with her new husband and a daughter in Melbourne. Well, my life there is just fine", said Hariz.

"So, any thought to move back to Korea?" asked Sun-mi.

"Well, never thought about it yet", said Hariz.

All players are getting ready for their match against Myanmar.

"Okay, boys. This will be our line up. Regu A will be Zuwe, Isa and Danny, Regu B are FH, Libas and Zarep while Regu C are AZ, Azim and Ike. We're already through to the quarter-final but win didn't hurt though", said coach Luqman. All players just nodded. Then, players making their way to the court to be introduced the spectators. Then, Regu A from both teams getting ready inside the court. Malaysia will begins the match with their service. Isa tossed the ball to Zuwe before Zuwe hits the ball with his horse kick serve. The ball then hitted Myanmar's feeder thigh before went out of the match giving Malaysia the first point. Then, Zuwe served the ball again but this time, Isa tossed the ball a little bit low causing the ball to stuck at the net giving Myanmar the 1st point. Then, for the 3rd service, the ball managed to lift up by Myanmar's tekong before their feeder sets the ball high enough for their killer to hit the ball with a role spike that Isa failed to block giving Myanmar the 2nd point. Myanmar then start their service game with a high speed serve by the tekong that reaches Zuwe. Zuwe then lifts up the ball with his head before Danny sets the ball and Isa ended it with a sunback spike. Myanmar's killer and feeder tried to do a double block but failed as the ball landed just on the courtline before bounced out the court giving Malaysia the equaliser. Then, Myanmar's second serve failed as the ball stucked to net. For the 3rd serve, the ball coming to Zuwe but Zuwe avoid the ball as he knew the ball is going to out giving Malaysia the 3rd point.

10 minutes later;

Malaysia is leading with 19-8 and it is Malaysia turn to serve. When Zuwe is ready, Isa throws the ball for Zuwe to hit the ball with a drop service that managed to confuse the opponent to give Malaysia a game point. Then for the 2nd serve, Zuwe hits the ball with another horse serve that Myanmar's players failed to take it giving Malaysia a win for the first set 21-8.

"Never expected Malaysia can win that easy", said Boonsak.

"That's true. It's the same regu that representing Myanmar at SEA Games last year after all", said Arif.

"It's either Malaysia regu is too strong or Myanmar regu is weak", said Tumulak.

10 minutes of the 2nd set;

Malaysia is leading 19-13 in that moment with it is currently Myanmar's service turn. Myanmar's tekong hits the ball with a horse kick serve but it quite slow allowing Danny to pick up the ball before sets it for Isa to hit a sunback spike. Myanmar's killer tried to block it but the ball hitted his leg before went out of the court giving Malaysia a match point. Then, it's Myanmar final serve before service changes hand. The service from Myanmar makes the ball went directly to Zuwe. Zuwe picks the ball with his leg before Danny sets the ball. Isa then jumped high before hits the ball with a sunback spike. The ball hits Myanmar's killer arm before landed on the floor giving Malaysia a win for Regu A. Then, Regu B came into the court. Myanmar will begins to serve. The ball from their 1st serve reaches FH that head the ball towards Zarep. Zarep then sets the ball a bit low than usual. Seeing this, Hariz quickly hits the ball with a handstand spike to give Malaysia the 1st point.

"Handstand spike in regu match? Libas is tricky as usual", said Tumulak.

"Yes. For him, what's matter is that the feeder sets the ball above the net. Doesn't matter if the ball is low or high, he can finish it", said Arif.

"What a fearsome killer he is", said Boonsak.

"But it won't be fun if he not, right", said Tumulak.

"That's true", said Boonsak.

Malaysia managed to win the 1st set with 21-11 and currently leading 19-12 in the 2nd set. It was Malaysia's service turn. Hariz tossed the ball perfectly before FH served it with a horse kick serve. Myanmar killer tried to head the ball up but too bad, the ball went out after touched his head giving Malaysia the match point. Then, FH served the last service of the match. Myanmar's tekong managed to kick the ball up before their feeder sets the ball high. Then, Myanmar killer hits it with a role spike but Zarep managed to pick the ball up before sets it just perfect for Hariz to hit a role spike that giving Malaysia the winning point. Then, Regu C match take place. Just like Regu A and B, regu C managed to win the match with straight sets 21-14 and 21-13.

"So, which nation will we face at quarter-final tomorrow?" asked Hariz.

"The home team, South Korea. They lost to Indonesia 2-1. All of them are Sungkyunkwan students that you face in your first friendly match this year", said Erina.

"The country I was born, huh? That's good", said Hariz.

"Yeah. Ready to be a traitor?" asked FH.

"Always", said Hariz. The rest just chuckled. Then, all of them returned to their hotel.
