Being a Trans Female
MtF stands for male-to-female, describing female trans people: assigned male at birth, they identify as female. They are called trans girls/women, and have done some of the most important work in building up, fighting for and organizing the LGBT community!
A lot of trans girls feel dysphoria due to their hair length, not having breasts, not having a "feminine" figure or their genitals. It can help to curb dysphoria to grow out your hair, paint your nails, wear jewelry or conventionally feminine clothes. There is also a technique called tucking that makes your genitals less noticeable. Here are some guides to tucking:
