I'm a couple of pages in, and already I like it, it's very interesting.
I am almost 25% percent finished and they haven't even physically met yet but I LOVE it. It is so fucking interesting. That concept of this story is so damn good. It's one of my first science fiction books and let me tell you I am not disappointed.
I really don't want to give spoilers but oof, I really like the pace of the story. I'm almost 3/4th done and I'm still just really into it.
OMFG. WHAT WAS THAT?? That hit me so fucking hard. I am in so much pain. I want to cry but no tears are coming out. I wanna scream and shout and let it out (sorry, my bad). I mean I knew it was coming but oof. ahh. What the fuck was that ending. Don't get me wrong, I loved it with my entire heart but WHAT THE FUCK??
This is just such a good fucking book, I don't know what else to say. Absolutely loved it. I believe that either you'll immediately love it or might not like it at all. Honestly, it just depends on the reader. Personally, this is definitely one of the better books I have read.
Also!!!
FUNNY STORY (it's long, you can skip if you want): I heard about this book a long time ago and I have zero clue why but I have always thought it was a straight book. I don't even know why. And I don't really enjoy reading straight books, so I never read it or it's descriptions. Now backstory to how I got to reading it. I recently moved to a new city, and it's not exactly like a big city, so people aren't as open to LGBT. I made a friend in my class and she's also a reader and she said that she started reading this today and asked me if we could both do it together and well I said yes cause new friend and all. I had no idea whether she was supportive of the LGBT community and that made me very anxious cause I've been trying to come out to her but you know; anxiety. BUT, now I genuinely don't think she would read this if she weren't supportive. It's just funny cause i realized that I won't actually have to force myself to read this story and that my friend is probably an ally.
