I was working in the family bakery with my friend Sasha. My family passed away do to some illness a few years ago. I was the only one to survive from it and I was sixteen when that happened. I did make a friend before the passing of my family and she has been with me through good and bad times and her name is Sasha Braus. Sasha has been my friend for nearly all my life and she has been a great help well when she's not eating the food that is being made. " (Y/N) can I have this bread in the basket?" Sasha asked while eye balling and drooling over the bread. " No Sasha this is for the Tackett family you can have the bread that comes out of the fire." I said while grabbing the basket from her before she starts to eat them. " But (Y/N) it will take fooooooorever and I'm extremely hungry." Sasha wined and gave me puppy dog eyes. I rolled my eyes and giggled a little at her and told her " You'll be fine and remember to be nice to the customers while I'm gone and in other means don't eat their bread." I started for the door when I hear her mumble a 'fine' under her breath. I know she loves to eat but somethings are off limits to eat and we need to feed other people too. I left the bakery and headed to the Tackett family that was five to ten minutes away from the bakery and as I walked the other direction of the bakery I didn't even hear/notice the royal carriage that stopped in front of the bakery.

Levi pov

Tch stupid rounds I just wanted to relax but instead I have to go to shitty filthy places for the tax they owe me. The first place was decent but I was nearly swarmed with nasty women asking to queen. Well if you haven't figured it out I'm the prince. Luckily I can chose who to marry but I haven't found her yet and it makes all these desperate girls want me. Stop after stop I get swarmed by those filthy things and I'm getting sick of it. We came to our last stop it was a family bakery that I used to go to and play. I would usually play with the baker's daughter when our. After a few days of going to the bakery I started to develop feeling for the baker's daughter. However my family became busy so I never got to see her again and maybe I might see her tonight. I got out of the carriage and entered the bakery and I smelled the newly baked bread. " Hi what can I do for you your majesty?" a girl with reddish brown hair asked me. " Tch I need to collect the taxes." I told her not in a good mood anymore. " I can't do that your majesty (Y/N) has the money" I looked her with widened eyes but then went back to my expressionless face. " Then get her brat." I commander her but she shook her head then said " She went to deliver some bread to a family she knows very well." I stared at her and she shrinks back in fear. "Fine then brat I'll just wait till she get's back." I had a chair cleaned before I sat down waiting for her to come and I hope she remembers me.

(Y/N) pov

" Thank you so much (Y/N) I don't think I could have left my children and my sick husband all alone." Mrs.Tackett said to me. " It was nothing Mrs.Tackett I love to help out any way I can." I said smiling. " Well if there's anything that you need I'm always available." I thanked her and started of to the bakery and when I got closer I saw the royal carriage and I started to walk a little fast because today was tax day and the one to come and collect it was prince Levi. I remember Levi and I playing together and developing a crush on him but he never came back and my father told me that they became busy with the kingdom and won't be back for a while. I was sad at first but I knew that they wouldn't come once something happened. I couldn't wait to see him but he probably doesn't remember me anyways. I shook my head and put a smile back on my face and slowed down my pace mostly because my feet are starting to hurt from all the walking around. Once I opened the door I bowed my head to prince Levi and started to head for the back and grabbed the money and walked out of my little office that once belonged to my father. " Here you go prince Levi everything is accounted for." I said while handing him the money. He was hesitant at first but grabbed the money from hand but he slowly pulled it away and I felt how cold his hand was. " Your hand is always cold isinet Levi." I whispered as Levi was walking away but stops in his tracks. He always had better hearing than the average person so I knew he heard me. Levi turns around and walks up to me and he puts one hand on my cheek and he pulls me to his lips. Though I was embarrassed since there was other people watching us I melted into the kiss but as soon as it started it ended. " (Y/N) I know we haven't been together do to my family being busy as shit I love you and I want you to be with me forever and....... you know what fuck that romantic crap will you marry me?" I giggled a little bit because I know Levi isn't really the romantic type. " Yes I will marry you Levi." I said with a smile and that earned me another kiss longer the the first one my life just got better after that.
