Levi's Pov

I was on my way to H.Q apparently Erwin wanted to see me,I was kinda pissed cause I was in the middle cleaning. Although I made sure to finish cleaning before leaving to H.Q.

"Levi come in."He said I walked in without a word,even after noticing the child."Levi this is well we don't know,but all I can say is that she is an important asset to us. So I put everyone's name was put into a box and we pulled out your name."

"No I can't , she'll just get in the way." I said the same expressionless look on my face.

"Remember who's in charge."Erwin said in a commanding tone.

"Understood."I say before walking out of the room the child following.I decided to go to my office to interagate the child.

Random Pov

I told her to sit anywhere and she did,she sat on the long couch on the left side of the room;farthest away from me. She seemed to sink in the comfort of the space. That is what will get her to tell me everything...space.

"There better not be a stain on the couch after this."I muttered and she jumped.

"I'm...I'm Y/n nice..nice to meet you."She said smilling widely.

I got up from desk and strolled over to the small child,I got on one knee so we were on eye level. "Talk."I demanded harshly.

"About what?"She jumped.

"About you what happened?"He asked his face still harah and cold,everything but his eyes which had softened at the little girls scared face.

"Okay...Okay."

"I was born and grew up in a wealthy family in a wealthy town,I lived free of worries until I was about 6 years old, but at that point life took a turn for the worst." I looked down with a dark look remembering the grim past.

"I lost my best friend in a robbery gone wrong and was arrested. I survived in a unkind world alone. But with bravery,I managed to face all obstacles and conquer all fears and doubts. This has turned me into the person I am today."She smiled up at him crying.A person will never be mislead or betrayed again."

After that Levi left the room to deliberate with Erwin."Well no matter what she's gone through we can't just let a lone survivor go, so until then keep her with you, because she keeps escaping."He commanded shooing Levi away.

"Do you want to stay with me?"Levi sighed asking the girl.

"I work better alone..."She trailed of harsly.

"To bad, Y/n right your going to work under me as a jr.scout. By doing so, you will learn to be put back into a real home."

"I guess I have to right?"She asked and he nodded.
