Levi's P.O.V (Surprise!!!!)

Friends. I befriended with Hazel again. After many years. After everything, I befriended with that brat again. Why? I can't take it anymore. Even though she's annoying. I have a different feeling about what others are thinking.

I knew about the rumors but I believe in one saying. If you believe in rumors, your confident in yourself lower.

"Shorty!!" Tch, I'm taking silence here and then she'll just go in unpermitted?

"Don't your parents ever teach you how to knock?" I asked as she took a chair and sat in front of my desk with a wide smile. Tch, what's with that now?

"So, have you told her already? Huh? Huh? Tell me. Tell me. Come on!" I glared at Shitty glasses and clicked my tongue.

"Get out."

"Aww. Come on. Don't be a joy killer. So what? Did you confessed already?" She's annoying. Yes. Hange know. She knows everything, just take note, I never admitted it directly.

"I said get out before I fucking kick you out," I firmly said doing my paperwork.

"Aww. Please, Levi. You told me you're--"

"Befriended and not confessed so now get out!" I said and literally kicked her out. After that, I went back on my paperwork. And another annoying thing happened. Someone knocked on the door.

"Tch, state your name and business."

"Levi, this is Erwin. I need to talk to you," Erwin said at the door.

"Come in," the door opened and Erwin entered. He closed the door behind him and walked towards me. "What is it? I'm busy."

"It's about the expedition," I shot him a stare. I thought it's all planned. What's the problem now?

"Tch, what's wrong now?" I annoyingly asked as he took a seat.

"Nothing actually. It's just, about cadet Braugstien," I stare at him like I was staring right into his soul.

"What about the brat?" I asked going back to my paperwork, "Did she did something wrong again? Tch, just tell me and I'm going to punish h-"

"No. Nothing's wrong about her. It's just, she requested his brother to be in your squad with her," Again, I lifted my gaze.

"I'm not letting another brat in my squad in just a request," I stated glaring at him. "Especially from that brat."

"I thought you're friends," I sharpened my glare. Erwin was just smiling at me and it annoys me "She told me you're friends."

"That brat,"

"What's with that, Levi? I smell something fishy," Erwin said crossing his arms and legs.

"My office is clean and well conditioned," I said as he chuckled.

"I mean, are you hiding something? Something certain like a certain feeling about a certain someone?" He asked.

"Is that all you want to asked? Please get out," I ignored his questions and gestured him to the door and I continued my paperwork.

"Levi,"

"Erwin, I'm busy."

"It's just a question."

"Tch, are you hanging out with Shitty glasses frequently?"

"Levi answer my question," he demanded but I kept quiet. He sighed and gave up. "Nevermind. I'm going now."

Then he left.

*Time skip*

It's now night time. And I'm thirsty. I went to the mess hall to get something to drink when I saw her. She was just there. Sitting on a chair and crouch on the table with one arm spread across the table and the other supporting her head, asleep.

I walked towards her and the light from the candle I'm carrying made her face even more visible. I sat beside her and stare at her sleeping figure.

I don't know why I have this feeling whenever I'm with you. We always argue, fight and even something hurt each other. I won't deny that I'm getting annoyed at her leading me to punish her. It would just made me more interest in her. I know her for a long time but never saw what is in her. The deeper Hazel. What is inside.

Hazel would always consult Isabel for things I don't know back then. Hazel would always ask Farlan for help in training. Hazel would always be with them and seldom with me. We're not really close then, but I had this feelings for her ever since then.

The interest I had for her. The mystery she is. So secretive. So... Interesting to know more about her. Maybe that was the thing that pushed my feelings to go deeper.

I don't even know how this happened. How I fall in love for this brat.

I caressed her face and pushed back the hair she had on her face. She looks peaceful in her sleep. Not the always annoyed, wild Hazel. The truth is, I want to see the old Hazel. The Hazel I met when Farlan and Isabel were still alive.

Then she moaned in her sleep making me a bit nervous.

"Titus... Give me that," I clicked my tongue. She even sleep talked. Too tired I see. "Give me that back..."

"Tch, what made you this tired?" I asked raising an eyebrow. Did I lose my mind? I'm talking to someone whose asleep.

"Don't tell him, Isabel," Huh? Isabel? "Don't tell him, please...."

What is she talking about? Sleep talking might be her sleeping habit.

"Tch, brat," I looked around to make there's no one around before I carried her, bridal style. She groaned and stir in her sleep. She is now snuggling unto me as I felt my heart race. Tch, slow down you stupid heart.

Ignoring her snuggling unto me, I walked towards her room quietly so no one will notice, but I never expected him to be here, outside his room this late.

"I knew there was something going on," he said smirking at me then looked at Hazel in my arms. His smirk changed into a serious look "Tell me, do you have feelings for my sister?"

Braugstein stared at me seriously. Like the way his sister stare at me with curiosity.

"Please, answer me, Captain. Do you like Nee-chan?" he asked again as I clicked my tongue and pass through him. "Captain Levi."

"No. I don't like Hazel," I said as I saw him widened his eyes looking at me "Because like no one else expected. I fall in love for her."

And then I continued walking towards her room and placed her on her bed, tug her unto the sheaths and took a chair and sit on it.

I stared at her for a while and clicked my tongue. What am I thinking saying that to her brother? It's just like I confessed to Hazel. Tch, since when did you became dumb, Levi?

"Isabel..." I looked at Hazel whose groaning. What's wrong now? "Don't tell Levi I like him...."

Silence...

What is she dreaming about? Why do she keep saying Isabel? And what's with that...

I clicked my tongue and stood up. It's late and I still have works to do. I went to my office and continued work, but still can't put out what I heard earlier.

Don't tell Levi I like him...

Am I just hearing things? I'm not that obsess to hear that right?

"Tch, brat."
