(Y/N) POV...

"(Y/N)" I looked over to my friend Marco who pulled frantically on my shirt, pulling me along side him.

"Calm down Marco we will get there in time," I said as the freckled boy pulled me over to crates. We jumped up, Marco helping me because of my shortness. We looked around the group waiting for my parents to return.soon enough the sound of horse hovels came closer until we saw the legion closing. I jumped a little ready to see my parents and tell them that i made up my mind on my future. i looked over the group scanning the horses and the injured. My mother's, nor my father's face was visible to my eyes. I clutched Marco's arm.

"Don't worry (Y/N)," He said taking my hand. "I'm sure they are alright." He said giving me a reassuring smile." I stood up on the crate to get a better view and maybe see mom's (H/C) hair. I was about to go down there and look when i noticed Levi looking at me. His dark expression darker than normal. I knew him and my father were great friends, I've met him once or twice outside of their work. he's not so bad. I looked at him as he motioned me down to him. I knew what was going on. This day had played over and over in my head. I looked at Marco who looked up at me from the ground. I pushed past the flood of people. I reached Levi and he saluted me.

"(Y/N) (L/N)," He started. everyone had stopped and stared. "Daughter of (M/N) and (F/N) (L/N). I regret to inform you that your parents will not be coming home. They died heroically on field." I gasped. no matter how much i tried to prepare myself i couldn't do it. "I failed to keep them safe, I'm sorry," He said and pulled a small neckless out of his pocket. "Your father made this for you and he wants you to know he loves you and hoped for your future." At that point i lost it. Tears stared streaming down my face. I took the neckless and hugged Levi. He was in shock but hugged me back. "I'll miss them too." He said. I pulled away and walked back to Marco. He immediately embraced me. I cried on his shoulder. I sank to my knees.

All the more reason to join the Legion.

~Time skip to training camp~

"Alright you worth less blah blah blah," I tuned out still at full attention. I was listening but at the same time i wasn't. Two weeks ago my parents were killed. I zoned back in when the commander was infront of me.

"What is you name," he said,

"(Y/N) (L/N) Sir!" I yelled

"Oh yah!" He spat.

"Yes sir that is my legal name sir!" I said. I'm glad mom tough me how to talk to the trainer. He eyed me but walked away. I looked over at Marco who was separated from me by a tall blondish haired male. He looked at Marco then at me turning his head.

"Are you an idiot?" I whispered to him. He turned to me.

"What? want your boy toy closer to you?" He smirked.

"First off Marco there is gay, he's my best friend. and second don't break your stance unless you want to run."

"Look at miss know it all," He said.

"My parents tough me a few things," I said clenching my fists keeping my face strait. After a moment we were dismissed. I was immediately grabbed. I looked up to the blondish male.

"hey im Jean, just thought you should know and your (Y/N) right?" I nodded and looked at Marco behind him. Marco got my hint and came beside me.

"Lets go to the chow hall shall we?" Marco said.

"Jean would you like to join?" I asked turning to him.

"I wouldn't want to third wheel," He said smirking again.

"I told you it's not like that," I rolled my eyes. We walked to the food hall and chose a table waiting for them to set out food.

"So (Y/N)," Marco said. "Who are your room mates?" I shrugged.

"I didn't look i just set my stuff in there and left to train," I said.

"Training on the first day?" Jean asked.

"Yes, i know a thing or two about places like this." I said and smiled. I was about to take a drink of my water when someone bumped into my making me spill all down my uniform. Before i could even turn around, Jean was up gripping the guy by his shirt.

"Hey whats the big idea! Apologize to the lady!" I shot up.

"Jean!" I said.

"It was an accident calm down man you didn't give me a chance to even look at her!" The other male spat. the other man was shorter than Jean but taller than me. He had messy brown hair and bright sea green eyes. He was hot. God (Y/N) stop them before they kill themselves.

"Jean," I said in a demanding tone making both men go wide eyed at me. Marco behind me laughs.

"Listen to her Jean, trust me," He said taking a sip of his water. Jean put the male down and walked over to me. The green eyed man brushed himself off and walked over to me.

"Sorry about that miss..." he started.

"(Y/N). (Y/N) (L/N)." I said reaching my hand out to him.

"Eren Jager," He said taking my hand and shaking it. I leaned in to my ear. " You might want to change your shirt," He whispered and pulled away. I looked down and saw my white shirt soaked through showing my (E/C) bra. I blushed and covered myself the best i could. Eren took off his jacket and placed it over me. Him being bigger than me, it covered my chest. "I'll walk you to you cabin," He said. I didn't say anything only nodded.

Eren and i walked to my cabin to find seven other girls in there.

"I'll wait out here," He said rubbing the back of his neck.

"Smart move" I said clutching his jacket closer. I opened the door and walked through. I looked at the girls who stopped to look at me.

"Hi," I said sheepishly. I walked over to my trunk and pulled out a new shirt. I put it on quickly and walked out with Eren's jacket in hand. As i walked out, i was followed by this girl with short black hair and a red scarf. Eren waved at us. He was leaning against the railing, his skin shinning in the sun set.

"Hey (Y/N) and Mikasa," He said smiling brightly. SO that's her name. I handed Eren back his jacket.

"Thanks again," I said rubbing my neck. I knew my face was red from wondering if Jean had seen anything. He's such a perv.

"I'm sorry for spilling water on you," He said also blushing. That's cute. Mikasa stood by Eren and glared at me. I narrowed my eyes at her. Eren noticed us.

"Oh (Y/N) this is Mikasa my adopted sister," I waved and smiled hoping she would stop staring at me. " She's over protective." He said earning a punch from her. "Well girls shall we," He said throwing me a wink.

We walked back into the dinning hall and got our food. I walked over to Marco and Jean.

"(Y/N) come sit with us!" I looked over at Eren who was at the table next to us.

"I'm gonna sit here tonight thanks," I smiled politely. He frowned and started eating.

"So how the first day?" Marco asked finishing his bread.

"Not as i hoped but okay i guess," Marco and i got in deep conversation like we always do and we dint stop until we saw Eren stand up and Jean stand up challenging him. God we are all gonna run from these two. I mentally sighed. They again had each other by the shirts. I stood up and pushed through the crowed people parting for me. I crossed my arms and looked at them. I Rolled my (E/C) orbs. I walked calmly up to them and pushed them apart.

"what the hell!" Jean said about to punch but seeing me back down.

"Sit," I said sternly. "it's in your best interest unless you like running laps your first day here," I scolded. Both boys rubbed there necks.

"Sorry (Y/N)," They said in unison. I smiled.

"Maybe if the suicidal bastard kept his mouth shut," Eren shot up i pushed him back down only to have Mikasa attack me kicking my legs out from under me. I waited to hit the floor but instead i felt strong arms around me.

"Mikasa!" They yelled. I looked up to Eren's green eyes. I blushed slightly and pushed away from him. I walked past everyone. I was burning with anger. Who the hell did she think she is!

"(Y/N)" Marco yelled behind me. I didn't turn to him. I walked over to a tree and sat under it. I pulled out the neckless my father made me. It was on a black rope and was a smooth black stone carved to look like a spear head.

"Nice neckless," A husky voice said. I tensed up and looked behind me. Eren was leaning against the tree looking down at me. He flashed me a smile. I looked down. He sat by me and looked up at the stars. "I'm sorry about Mikasa," he said shaking his head. I sighed.

"she hates me," I said.

"No. Maybe. I don't know, shes confusing. but you were right." He said looking at me. He glanced behind him and back at me.

Marco's POV...

I ran after (Y/N). I felt a hand on my shoulder, and turned around to see Eren.

"Marco right?" I nodded. "Look im sorry about her i should talk to her." I smiled. She could use a boyfriend. I always teased her about never having one.

"Okay that probably the best but you should make it up to her," I winked. He blushed getting my hint. He sighed and looked at her sitting under a tree. "I know you want to," He blushed darker.

"I just met her," He blushed darker.

"I've known her for years, she said she would want a guy yo make it up to her," I said. He huffed and walked over to her. I watched them talk for a minute and Eren looked back at me. I smiled and gave him a thumbs up. He pulled (Y/N) up and said something before he kissed her. Score Eren! Jean nothing.

Eren's POV...

I pulled (Y/N) up from the ground and looked her in her beautiful (E/C) eyes.

"I want to make it up to you," I said before i Put my hand on her waist and kissed her. I gasped but soon eased. She hesitantly put her arms around my neck. I put my other hand on her head pulling her closer. She smelled of lilac and mint. She tasted like honey. I wanted more so i licked her bottom lip but she did nothing. I frowned and moved my hand to her ass giving it a tight squeeze she gasped and i slid my tongue in. She moaned slightly making me smile. I pulled away to breath. A string of saliva connected our lips. I pecked her lips breaking the string. I smiled. she blushed and looked away. I lifted her chin up and looked at every inch of her flawless face.

"What first kiss or something?" I said. She nodded slightly. I laughed and kissed her cheek. "Lets go back before we get caught."
