Levi's POV 

I sat on the edge of my bed getting ready for the day, I don't know what time it is but I don't want to go back to bed. I never thought I would ever have to cry myself to sleep, I wonder what Eren is thinking. If Mikasa wasn't telling the truth wouldn't Eren try to stop Mikasa and told her he wanted to stay?? He didn't put up any fight, I guess he shouldn't but still. I walked out the the dinning hall and the breakfast was already on I was late. "LEVI!"I heard Erwin yell and walk to me

"what happened why are you here late Breakfast is almost over"Erwin said and I sighed I guess I slept in

"I long day yesterday"I said and sat down at the table taking Hanji's Bread roll

"hey that was mine!"Hanji said 

"shut it four eyes"I said staring at the table and taking a bite of the bread. I sighed 

"so Levi how was your sleep?"Hanji asked

"I told you to SHUT UP!"I raised my voice at Hanji she looked taken back and then looked down at the table 

"sorry Levi"Hanji said and I got up 

"i'm done"I said slamming the bread roll on the table and walking away. I could hear them whisper behind me. I walked out to the hallway and bumped into someone, I looked up and it was Eren. Eren's cat ears and tail were gone and he looked scared to see me

"so sorry Captain Levi"Eren said Rushing away I stood there looking at Eren running away to the dinning hall. He had no cat ears or tail and he called me captain Levi was all that just a dream, if so it felt so real. I walked down to the dungeon and nothing changed like he never moved out of the cell. I didn't know what to think, I just stood there looking at the cell

Eren's POV

"I moved all my stuff down to the dungeon room again"I sighed sitting down at our table

"you could stay with me in my room"Mikasa said

"no I need my own space but thanks for the offer Mikasa"I said when I crashed into Levi in the hall I didn't want to hear anything no matter what was going on where he loved me or not. I was making him weak and thats the last thing everyone needs right now. 

"Eren are you okay?"Armin asked and I nodded

"I guess thanks for caring for me guys"I said and finished my food. Hanji came around and asked to speak with me in her office. 

"Eren I need to talk to you about something"she said as we walked into her office

"what is it Hanji and thanks for that it fixed the problem"I said and Hanji sighed and looked at the floor

"do you know whats happening with Levi he was late for breakfast and he was more angry than usual"Hanji asked me and I sighed

"why would I know?"I said not making eye contact 

"well because your in a relationship right?"Hanji asked

"no"I said and Hanji looked taken back and sighed

"thats why, what happened Eren?"Hanji asked and I got up 

"I don't feel like talking about that ever!"I said I didn't want to hurt Levi no matter how much I love him.

"oh okay you are dismissed"Hanji said and I left and walked to the dungeon and saw Levi standing there. 

"Captain Levi?"I asked and he turned around tears in his eyes

"oh hello Brat"Levi said wiping his tears and trying to act tough 

"what are you doing here?"I asked and he walked closer to me I didn't move or anything

"who am I?"he asked

"your Captain Levi the corporal of the Survey Corps"I said and he looked sad and nodded

"I guess I am aren't I"he said and  walked to the door "if it wasn't a dream then stop treating it like it was"he said closing the door and I stood there looking back at him. What was that suppose to mean, I don't even know what goes on in his mind anymore.

Levi and Eren's POV

I miss him

I need him

I love him 

why did it have to be this way?

but I can't say anything

so it will just stay like this 

it hurts
