(Three days later)

You were ticked off. You were at a store and you saw Levi, talking to another girl! You hid, but watched closely. You couldn't hear what he was saying, but you could guess by what he was doing. He hugged her and he kept smiling. You felt tears rising in your [E/C] eyes and you blinked so your vision stayed clear. Worst if all, they were looking at dresses! Just when you were about to leave, Levi looked over at you. "Shit" You mumbled, and ran out the doors. He called your name but you didn't care. All you cared about was getting away. When you were in the safety of your truck, You pulled out your phone and began deleting the pictures you had of him. Just then, you decided to let your rage and sadness out. You texted him "You cheating bastard I never should have trusted you. Why the hell didn't you tell me there was another girl?!?" You sat and waited for a reply. Your phone screen lit up and your ringtone played. It was Levi. You declined the call immediately. He then messaged you" meet me at our spot. I have some explaining to do"  You of course, went because they made a pact never to decline meeting in their spot, which was down by the river. You started your truck and headed for yoir destination.

You sat for about 5 minutes in the seat of your pickup, trying to look presentable. Levi's car was already there and You didn't want to look desperate. When you opened your truck door, all you could think of was slapping him across his smirking face. You walked down the steep slope and along the slightly worn path to the place Levi was already waiting. You saw him sitting under a tree, skipping rocks in the small pool of backwater. You approached him warily. He looked up at you and he seemed like he was about to cry. " I'm sorry." He said" I know it looked bad but it's not. She's my cousin and I can only see her once every three years. Today was her last day so I spent it with her going shopping for her prom dress." His voice cracked a little" I am so sorry if it seemed like she was my girlfriend." Your knees collapsed. You flopped onto his lap and threw your arms around him. "I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have assumed anything" You said, tears streaming down your face. "Do you want to go hang out with her while you still can?" You asked, hoping she was still there. "Sure. And I'm sure she'd be happy to meet you as well" He said, smiling.
