Dear Nora,

Hey there. You thought I stopped with the letters? Well, you are wrong! Still here...

I went to the beach today. In the afternoon mom took me to the beach where Robin was already there, waiting for me. I haven't seen him since the funeral. He said he's sorry. Do you know how many times people have said that to me? I didn't reply anything rude to him, or snapped. I just nodded at his direction, while staring at the ocean waves. I guess you can call this a progress, right? We went back to training after such a long time. It felt good to be back in the waves. I actually felt at peace for a few minutes. Like it was just me and the water, as it used to be. Swimming is indeed helping, like Sarah suggested me give it a shot. She was right, but she's supposed to be, it's her job.

I haven't taken my meds today. It felt good. I am not feeling sleepy or sad that much now.
