Dear French Toast,

you are french toast because that is what was on the lunch menu today.

I'm creative.

Anyway, I don't have that much to say to you

so this will be quick

I think you are a good person (better than most boys, anyhow) and I am happy to be your friend

Even though we keep awkwardly wearing practically matching outfits

Anyway, I'm writing you now to say thank you

I brought my new glasses to school today 

Snickers laughed a little and walked away

Lemon told me she liked them but not on my face

Frog Legs said he liked them but that might have been sarcastic 

But you just said, "Those are pretty on you."

Thanks.

We all get a little insecure sometimes and I think you know that.
