Dear Julie,

Hello! I’m sorry for not writing for two weeks, I’ve been busy with school. Also I’ve been feeling lonely; I haven’t spent time with my friends, since we are in different classroom and different classes.

I stared taking Algebra and let me tell you, I’m horrible at it. Spanish and science are cool and history is ok. The best class I have is P.E. the teacher is really cool and he also told me I’m good at running, so he invited me to join the track team. Can you believe that?! Me?! Running? I know is weird, but I’m thinking in giving it a try. After all is a new school, new life, right?

Before I go, I wanted to ask you something, there is going to be a party for freshmen and the whole school is going, is not required to bring a date but I’m nervous because nobody has ask me. Alice, my best friend (I don’t know if you remember her) has already a boyfriend. Yes, he is a senior. She wants to hook me up with one of his friends but I don’t want to. What should I do?
