Saturday was unfortunately a too close game that ended with a rough match, nothing to amount to the bitterness of Gryffindor for losing against Slytherin. But it was worse when Aurora's shoulder was hurting and Sirius was issuing her to go to the infirmary, even when she claimed she was fine. However, it was when Lily jumped at Aurora that caused her to groan out in pain...She was marched under order of both prefects to head to Madam Pomfry in order to get the bruising look at.

"I've gotten worse, you all are just making it sound like it is more than it's worth." She spoke, but Lily gave a soft tap and Aurora tried to give her flinch to a minimal but failed entirely.

Aurora wasn't admitted into the infirmary, she was allowed to go right back. However Lily didn't allow her to do anything in the means of overdoing it, Aurora was merely reading a book in the armchair when Sirius came beside her and plopped down.

"Sorry about it, didn't think the blunger would actually swurve around." He spoke and she shrugged. "It's alright. Glad I didn't fall off my broom though." From there, it turned into the biggest injuries sort of trading game. And when James jumped into the equation it was the end of it for Lily. She ordered her to go to bed and it was a bit of pouting.

"It's alright darling, but I owe you a butterbeer tomorrow." Aurora had completely forgotten about Hogsmeade and she smiled at the offer before following Lily upstairs.

The boys understood the reservations she had with dating Remus, up to an extent. However if they wouldn't get the two of them alone on date, then it could be the five of them together. So they were alright in that sort of idea and ran upstairs themselves to tell Remus the plan. It wasn't like he had much of a choice it would seem, but he was excited never the less.

The morning was a fairly quick event, Aurora slept in and missed breakfast but the boys knew that Lily, Mary, and Alice would get her to go with a lot of hassle anyhow. But that was the last thing that truly occurred, one thing about Aurora is that she is usually a lone wolf in wanting to discover something herself.

She smiled as she was greeted by a few town people, of course the looks were due to her hair and a question on her sanity for the choice of hair color. But the bright smile she greeted them with was enough, so with that she asked where the bookstore was. The scent of worn out and loved books already surrounded her in a comforting blanket.

Looking through the endless shelves, endless covers. All with different bindings, fonts, stories, lectures. Some fantasy to some political, although after everything that happened with Seb perhaps that was too real world. And instead she found herself more than excited to already return to Hogwarts and read it already, but the potion shop, the pet shop and everything in the sort allowed her to continue off as she placed the books in her backpack before going about.

The potions shop was perfect as she could start up her experiment once again, however, it was nice to talk to another potion's expedites that didn't fault like Slughorn, on top of that she was able to find the perfect book to see the comparisons between American to British supplies.

It refreshed her mind as she continued off into the little bit of woods as she smiled and laughed at the different sorts of life surrounding Hogwarts. She needed to remind herself that Hagrid promised to give her another tour of the forbidden forest, meet some centars and what not.

She walked through the cute little town, thoughts of how it would look covered in snow rallied in her mind. However, she felt something power...But familiar all the same.

She followed the small path through the woods that she had just returned from but looked through the woods before coming across an old house. Narrowing her head did she shutter at the feeling. Was this the shrieking shack?

Letting her hand touch the little shields that her Uncle seemed to place about it, she dragged her hand down hard and walked through the little opening. The cold and sickening feeling suddenly dropped, but that didn't stop the chill in seeing the run down looking muggle haunted house.

But there were no spirts, so that drew her as quite odd. Nor were there any entities of the sort. "Oh Headmaster, you are one for the dramatics." She pondered, setting her bag down for a moment and looked back to the path. Letting her hand reach to her ring did she breath in, and before she could let out the breath, four legs flatted out in response.

More so four paws, Aurora blinked and allow her eyes to get used to her surroundings, her nose flared as she huffed once and then once more. Leaving her nose to the ground, there wasn't much of a human presence but it was a break on her straining eyes.

She can more than easily call for her wolf eyes whenever she pleased but instead kept hers in an effort to be normal.

The first thing she wanted was to be registered, and it made it all the more easier when McGonagall backed her up on it. Another reason why the professor favorited the girl, it was a little bit of both natural to studying her ability to the extra extent. The Ministry allowed her the permit only with the promise of not getting into any vocal trouble, so that allowed her to continue about freely.

As she went about the given shack, she found an opening to manage her way through. Although it was everything that she predicted it to be, however, the scratches were painful to look at. Like something was kept a prisoner.

A low whine escaped her throat as she kept her nose to the ground, yet there was nothing here. Perhaps the entity had left? And Dumbledore didn't want this place to turn into Death Eater headquarters?

Whatever was kept here isn't here, so she escaped through the crack once more and returned to her bag and through the woods before it was noticed that someone came through here.

As she stepped through the town once again, her eyes widened in response to seeing the sweets shop that Remus had purchased the chocolate. With books galore, she'd need a snack to pair with it so decided to hop on in.

The smell of sugar engulfed her in the second as she smiled at the scenery. It was candy galore and her craving was surely going to start to show. Already with a few sour and sweet, barely making it to the chocolate section had Remus spotted her through the crowd. Her eyes lit up to every detail and color, having to move her head so her glasses would be able to clarify it better.

As he looked around her for a moment, she looked to be alone. Although his friends knew to leave him be as he was shopping for his stash, wanting to give her a moment but then deciding against it...He lost sight of her. Only to have her smirking behind him with a quick 'boo' to make him jump.

"Merlin Aurora, you scared the bloody socks of me." She giggled behind her little basket of snacks, only for him to see the boatload as well. "It's not all for me, I'm sending some back home." For one reason or another, it hurt him to hear her say 'home' and not refer to whoever she lives here just yet. Then again, she was just set up this summer before shipped off to Hogwarts.

"I'm sure you could handle all that by yourself, seeing you on a sugar overload might be better than seeing you drunk." Her mouth dropped open, and in a quick effort to apologies was he soon reminded of why he truly did like Aurora. She hid her bucket of laughter into her arm.

"It's not that exciting, I promise. I can barely sit still now let alone on a sugar high." His smile widened and he took notice that her basket lacked a few things, so he started making suggestions.

"Er, your uncle sure does give you a bit for spending." Her eyes glance in his direction and she looks to the basket. "Um, y-yeah I uh...Actually, this is my own money. I worked as an intern and they gave a little salary and bonuses so I just—" She seemed fairly uncomfortable talking about money.

"Nono, I don't mean to pry. Just sometimes James needs a reminder too." Aurora rolled her eyes, seeing as though the boy has one for everything.

"You're not prying Remus, Merlin you are a sweet boy. As blunt as it sounds, money is not a problem." Her face turned a light shade of red as she looked about. "What sort of internship, sounds like you working your arse off across the pond." She nods and smiles. "I didn't know if I wanted to be a healer, Alchemist or Aura so I uh...Tried a little bit of everything." She smiled about just talking about her future and once again, he admired that.

"I did promise the lot of em that I'd meet them at the three broomsticks...Sirius said he was keeping on eye out for you." "I don't want to intrude, I was sort of just wondering about...Lils said we'd go to puddingfoot? Something like that and I'm glad I didn't go." He chuckled and showed her to the cash register, the candy was fairly cheap probably putting into perspective that there's a school just around the ways.

With the bag in hand did she allow a protection spell before settling it into her backpack. "Did you plan on buying the whole store?" Aurora shook her hand and held up one of the books as well.

"No, but I was planning on buying the whole bookstore." She smiled, and he chuckled along before pointing out their destination. Which allowed them to start taking the starting steps.

"So...Since your a prefect, do you have to come to Hogsmeade?" She questioned and he sighed. "Technically I can stay but I have to tell other prefects just to be sure...Since the younger ones are still in the castle, just to balance it all out." He explained, and she seemed satisfied with the answer. However, a gush of wind took Aurora by surprise as she pulled her arms around herself. "Cold?"

"America was warmer so that's a bit of a step up...It feels like winter." He chuckles, but seeing her nose all the bit more red, he seemed to understand where she was going with her explanation.

"Your nose is red darling, just a warning. Sirius loves to attack everybody on that." She pouts before bumping him in the side, he did manage to open the door for her, earning himself a bit of a gentleman point in her mind as she smiled and took a survey around the place to see them stationed in the back.

"Ah, they take the corner to see who to hex?" She spoke and he nods before leading her to the table. She scooted in beside Sirius and closed in by Remus as she rolled her eyes as James went up in the instant to get two more butterbeers.

"Love your nose is just a tat—" Her face looked to Remus, all it read was 'you were right' before he chuckled. "I don't like this, Merlin Prongs. They're doing the mind reading shit." Sirius spoke and she rolled her eyes once more to be greeted with a drink.

"To a good season Wells!" James cheered with half a stein left, but she rose it like a good sport and cheered for Gryffindor. "Wells, I've been meaning to ask you, we didn't see you at the sorting ceremony." Sirius shared, and Remus tried to steady his sip of beer to be silent.

They claimed to leave it alone.

"Um...I asked for it to be private, just because I was older." James nodded but then Peter asked if that hat talked.

"Is that hat not suppose to talk?" Now that caught the boys attention, the hat usually mumbles this and that. "Not really, just a few times. What did it say?" Aurora didn't know how much she like the identity of the hat to be an 'it' but she shrugged.

"It took a while actually, and the Headmaster had to tell me which house I got in because I couldn't hear it the first time." She hid behind her stein as the boys began to laugh, and since Sirius was laughing the most. She attacked him first.

"Don't be a git...Merlin, I was up for all the houses, well all except Hufflepuff—" "I can see why—" She had enough of Sirius and yanked his ear down to spill his mid-sip of beer. "OI! THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR!" He yelled, but she smiled so sweetly in return.

"That smile looks Hufflepuff though." Peter chimed in and she giggled at the idea. Although in the back of her mind she knew that all the boys must've heard what happened the night of the club, but they weren't so evil into discussing it at the present moment.

"Well thank you Peter, at least someone isn't a downright git today." She glared in the direction of Sirius and he took that as a mighty offense as his heart looked wounded. However, the longer they were there, the more silent Remus grew. Aurora could tell as he was Kindly laughing along or...Well he wasn't really into it other than that.

"So why aren't you with that gals today?" Aurora hid behind her hands. "They wanted to go dress shopping already." James for the life of him couldn't understand why the girl didn't like balls, they were just fine in his eyes. Then again, perhaps America had ruined that for her as well.

"Sure you'll find something, but remember..." Almost in unison did they repeat the same line that his parents or her Nanny had mentioned. Making them all stare in question.

"How else are you going to teach a six-year-old to dance?" She didn't look rightly angry, just irritated. "You were taught to dance at six?" Remus spoke, and it was the first time in a while that she had heard him talk, but perhaps that might've been the booze.

"It was all banquets and weddings, it was really boring social events...Some of them were fun I guess but that's only because I was interested in what the ball was funding." That struck the boys as entirely odd, but the second Sirius jumped in and asked if she was sponsoring she nodded.

"Of course, there were a lot of programs I was interested in and then some underfunded projects that needed a sponsor. What was I going to say no?" The more she talked in this sort of light, Peter couldn't understand why she was a Hufflepuff.

"What did you fund exactly?" James questioned, he knew that his parents usually found themselves doing the same thing, however Aurora was no older than 15 to already view matters into her own hands was odd.

"Um...Potion experiments, cures mainly in medication to be honest. I put it in my parent's name because they really did love their world of creativity." She smiled as she spoke about her parents, but didn't meet anyone's eyes. Doubting for a moment that she never told them that her parents weren't around anymore, but the arm wrapped around her shoulder and she looked to Sirius as he rubbed her shoulder for a moment before making it too much for Moony to bare.

He knew that Sirius wouldn't put the moves on the girl he fancies, but since Remus wouldn't give the poor girl any sort of moves until she felt comfortable around him, he appreciated that Sirius did something as it allowed Aurora to smile for a moment.

"What about you lot?" Sirius leans back in the seat and shrugs. "I'm a disappointment to my parents because I didn't manage to get into Slytherin." Aurora's eyes widen and she sighed once again. "It's alright darling, they've got my back," Sirius smirks up to his friends and Aurora smiles once again.

"You know...I've heard more than a book full of stories about you guys...Has Lily never sat down and had a conversation with you?" She looked around and they all shook their head, only James was more than upset. "Nah, started the first year on the train...Sniv—Snape. He made a comment about being in Slytherin, just fell down from there." She nodded, but it was silent after that. As two butter beers each had been drinking by the young Hogwarts students, they continued off back to the school.

And it was very nice to have aurora by Remus' side, even if the moon wasn't for a little bit. They could see it starting to weigh once again. However, his smile and blush were present as she was giggling behind her hands once again.

"I think that's a lovely thing, funding cures, and potion projects. I don't think I can name anyone in our school who does that." Aurora nudged him within the second. "My parents made a few alchemy breakthroughs, their funding is just going straight to a vault and I...I don't want that money, I want it to keep growing." Once again did she make a smile brightened.

"May I ask what happened to them?" She bit her lip, knowing full well the question was coming whether she liked it or not. "Potion explosion, not the one that changed my hair but...It was close enough, they were working on a cure for...Well, it's probably not safe to say that considering only a few people knew." She narrowed her brows, she had begun rambling at the idea but she couldn't say it out loud.

It had caused her family enough trouble to be working on Wolfsbane that it'd be best to leave it be so she herself could work on it in peace.

"They are very proud of you Aurora, you don't need me to tell you that." She didn't realize how much she craved his touch until he wrapped his arm around her as well.

"You're really warm."

"Pads calls me a walking furnace because I'm never cold." She shakes her head into his side, and his mistake was doing it as he was now standing so tight nit, so she moved away. Something he didn't want at all but understood.

"I could hear your heartbeat Rem, I rather you get through the charms exam this week before that." The way she handled the transition was perfectly considered an understatement of the century. This lively fun loving girl, who may or may not be tipsy, didn't want HIM uncomfortable, something she clearly sensed.

"Told you I'm not the best at—"

"Ah ah ah, you are doing just fine Moony." She cheers, and luckily she turned away before she saw the horror written on his face. He managed to look back towards Hogsmeade for a moment while Aurora caught up with the rest of the boys and told them of her plans to go visit Hagrid.

"Don't stay out too late darling, you—"

"YOU'RE NOT MY WIFE JAMES!" She shouts and continues off without looking back, however much the boys had bent down to let out their howling of laughter. Remus' face went as completely passive, signifying something was wrong.

"N-nothing...She just called me Moony is all." Sirius narrowed his brow and followed Aurora's dimming figure. He doubted the girl figured it out by now but—would she eventually?

Sirius shrugged it off and patted his mat on the back to lead him elsewhere in hopes of distracting him from Aurora. Today was a good day, an upgrade to the boy's friendship with the girl. An even bigger jump for Moony as well. Even if it ended on a sore note.
