Dear Annabel,

Today was pretty normal. Went to work, came home, ate dinner with my parents. Sometimes I wonder if life would be more interesting if I had siblings.

Tomorrow I'm going to play basketball with Freddy and Zac again. Jason is coming too. I know you've dated him before, but I won't hold that against either of you. I know you're with me now.

I've been doing a lot of thinking. There are just some things I'm not sure about, and there are some things I know for sure.

For example:

•I miss you

•Mariah isn't a good friend for saying that behind your back

•Spending time away from you is messing me up. I'm thinking things I shouldn't be thinking.

We're almost halfway. I need you back, Annabel.
