It is currently January 16 1971, wow a whole year gone. You also asked me to tell you bout the gang: Ponyboy is doing better in school, I believe Sonya has helped him a lot. He is in track again and Sonya tried out for cheerleading. Darry is finally listening to me! He has stopped working too many jobs and is doing well actually. Two-Bit is still in school, figures. I think he's found himself a girl too, she's kept him grounded and from getting into too much trouble. Johnny's quiet as ever but he's a great help with the babies! Dally's up to no good, as always. And I guess I'm doing okay, I miss you more every day. The girls are growing and are healthy, so that's good. My family visited, it wasn't too terrible I guess.
