Shut off all the lights,
Lay under a sky full of stars,

Stare into a blue celestial night,
And just wonder how far my dreams are.

Just for a moment, if I could forget it all,
If I could release my worries, watch them fall out of sight like a shooting star...

I wonder how far I am from you,
I ponder about how an hour can feel like a moment or two.

I wonder what it would look like if I could watch the sun set on all my thoughts,
I wonder how every step in life, to me, how like a puzzle piece, it was brought. 

I imagine I'm one of those twinkling stars in the sky,
That something greater than imaginable is awaiting, that in this big world I am a little light.

I embrace the cool wind of the night,
Imagining the stars reflecting in my eyes.

I imagine a sky full of stars,
No cloud visible, that when in sight, a glimmer of magic isn't far from reach.

I really wonder the distance between me and my dreams are,
That with every heart's desire, will fate and I make ends meet?
