just an hour into prom night, aurora loses her 3-year crush, her so-called friends and supposedly her dignity. but how do the following hours lead her when lethal petals' lead singer shares his watermelon gum in hopes to offer her comfort?

so this book started out as a short story in the format of hours harry and aurora (the two main main characters) spend together. and tbh, i kind of winged it at first, but when i had a solid idea of what i wanted the plot line to be, i knew it wasn't going to end in only ten chapters.

i believe the ending (hour 0) was cute and perfect and i would personally read a story with that open ending of "this is not goodbye." but i understand that some of you don't. and as the writer of this story, i would very much love to continue writing harry and aurora's story.

i asked my readers if a sequel would be a good idea and all i got was really positive feedback and encouragement (thank you so much btw!) so i just had to do it.

i was planning on dividing the book into two parts and just writing the sequel as a part 2, but i decided against that. there's now an actual book for the second part of the story in my works called soft weapons.
