I open my eyes to see Magnus, Alec, and Isabelle in from of me.

"Your magic worked," Isabelle told Magnus.

"You ok?" Alec asks.

"What...." I mutter.

"Someone stabbed you,-" be ogre Isabelle continued; I answered the mystery.

"Waller," I announce.

"Who?" Alec asks.

Even if they hate me, they deserve to know the truth. Even if their reactions break me, it's my own fault for hiding this from them. I told them everything.

"Woah," Isabelle stated after I was done.

"I should tell you, your phone kept ringing but we didn't answer because we didn't want to get you mad," Alec explained as he handed me my phone.

Selina Kyle: 2 missed calls

Poison ivy: 3 missed calls

Ianthe: 12 missed calls and 5 voicemails.

Somethings wrong. I play Ianthes voicemail.

"I know there's a wedding but get your lazy butt to the hospital ASAP..... Please Lydia, Harley needs us she's in labor,"

"Was that your sister?" Isabelle asks. Concern forming in her brows.

"Yeah, she's with my other sister at the hospital....she's having twins," I begin "how am I gonna get there? I got to be there fast but there's that huge traffic jam from the wedding..." I thought about panicking, I couldn't miss my niece and nephews Birth and I couldn't abandon Harley when she needed me most. But panicking wouldn't solve anything.

"Leave that to me," Jace spoke entering the room. "Thank you, for what you did for Alec, consider this me repaying the favor," he winked.

"How?" Alec asks.

"Well.. I 'borrowed' a few flying vampire motorcycles," he smirks "I have to go with Clary, Alec and Magnus can go with you,"

"But I can't drive a motorcycle," I protest.

"But I can," I look over and see Isabelle. "You helped me with my trial and then my brother, it's the least I can do,"

"Thank you Isabelle," I say with a smile. She was the bravest woman I've ever met.

"My friends call me Izzy, and yes blondie that includes you," she then handed me a helmet as she hopped onto the motorcycle and put it in gear.

Flying through the air reminded me of when I rode the dragon, Toothless. This time I felt free and being with my friends; I felt as if the wind was carrying away a huge burden off my shoulders, they were being blown away. Because now I have people who would never leave me, I forever have a home; at the New York City Institute.

Going into the hospital I was shocked to see Jack Frost. The only explanation is that he married Elsa and they were expecting a child. He politely waves at me because I'm staring. He doesn't remember me. If I was him I doubt I would either. I'm no longer the carefree girl who wore dresses and braided hair and loved for love. I am stronger now. Waller was right about one thing.

I'm a shadowhunter.

Ianthe runs and hugs me as soon as I show up. Catwoman looks at Alec and Magnus along with Isabelle with question.

"How is she?" I ask. My question was soon answered. I heard screaming and sobs. Like she was dying. "Can't they numb her?!"

"They already did," Ivy replied then went into a whisper "don't say anything but she lost one,...the boy just wasn't strong enough,"

"Lydia, I'm so sorry," Isabelle spoke with a hand on my shoulder.

" but the little girls' still fighting her way through," catwoman told us with a fake grin.

"Mrs. Branwell, do you think I actually wouldn't come back?!!"

Crap! Waller always shows up at the worst timings.

Waller stood there and then began choking on her own blood. She then fell into the floor as Isabelle removed a bloody seraph blade.

"No more problems form her anymore,"

A nurse runs past me.

"Sorry dear," she mutters as she picks up a Walkie-talkie and says "Code Blue room 192,"

"Code Blue?" I question.

"Someone's dying," Alec told me.

"That's Harleys room!" Ivy began but Ianthe was already running.

"Oh....she's dying..." I begin as I let the tears fall like a waterfall. Never ending. "I don't want to lose her...."

"It'll be ok," Alec tells me.

"DON'T GIVE ME FALSE HOPE," I snap as I cry harder.

"MOVE!! Let me see her!" Ianthe screams as she pushed through the nurses.

"Ma'am leave the room," one tells her.

"Will she be ok?" Catwoman asks.

"Yes now leave,"

"NO!" Ianthe screams "HARLEY....I've always wanted to be like you.....you were the perfect daughter. I'm sorry about Joker.."

"Ma'am,-"

"SHUT UP!" She screams at the nurse. Man, did Ianthe have attitude. Isabelle grabs her and pulls her away.

"You don't want security do you?!!" Isabelle snaps at her.
Ianthe pushes against Isabelle. And I hear Isabelle hide a gasp as Ianthe claws her with her fake fingernails and as he screams "I DON'T HATE YOU HARLEY I LOVE YOU!!" Then she shoves Isabelle off her and goes out of the room sobbing.
Magnus volunteered to go see if his magic would work, Ivy thanked him and Ianthe soar nothing to Isabelle. To Ianthe Isabelle was in the way of her family and she would never apologize for what she did.

I prayed Magnus' magic along with the doctors could save Harley. Of what I've heard she gave birth and someone is cleaning the baby right now.

"In case...she doesn't make it-"

"Don't say that!" Catwoman snapped.

"What was she going to name her?" I asks.

"Lucy," Ivy replied.

"If anything happens hair so you know, Lucy will always be welcome at the Institute," Isabelle spoke with confidence as Alec nodded in agreement. Ianthe cussed in reply and gave a vulgar gesture.

"Why?! So you can experiment on her?! Yeah, her parents are crazy but she's not a hybrid, she's a baby!!!" Ivy yelled. Ivy and Harley have always been best friends but Ivys' never had a boyfriend and I think she has a deep bond with Harley that no one( not even Harley ) understands.

"How do we know you won't hurt her?!" Ianthe spoke.

"Lydia has proved herself loyal to us, the least we can do is provide a home for her niece," Isabelle spoke with pride and her chin held high.

  "Please....." I mutter "stop talking like she's already dead," I choke out. I felt strong arms around me.
  "Thanks Alec," I whisper "hey Alec,..."

   "Hmm?" He asks

   "You know, I love you, not in a romantic way but....I just love you,"

"Lydia, I love you to," that's when I realized  that this is what dealt true friendship is. I'm so lucky to have it.
   For Lucy, to have just been born, a lot of people are protecting her. Harleys' right; no matter what happens that kid is going to have a lot of love.

    Harley made it. She fought through the pain with help from Magnus' magic.
    Mom agreed to help raise Lucy.
   Ianthe told Harley everything and things are better between them now.
  Magnus and Alec are together now. Waller no longer has a hold on me. I'm currently working at the New York Institute and work in the control panels, hacking into anyone or anything to get them the information they need.
