Lets talk: Stress
I haven't done a let's talk in ages but since Hootieowl33 suggested it I had to do it so here we go.
Hello everyone its millie_unicorn here and I'm going to talk about stress. For me I don't get stressed because I'm 11 and younger people don't get stress. So this is how u kinda solve stress 😅
There are all kinds of stress. Adult stress, exam stress ect. So I'm going to tell u about teen stress and exam stress.
Exam stress:
When you have exam stress you usually panic and say "OMG I'm going to fail this test its so hard and mum is going to kill me" or something along those lines. Don't do that just say to your self "this exam is going to be easy I'm going to be the bestest exam slyer who ever was" or something like that PREP TALK FOR DAYS YO well in all seriousness if that doesn't work think about summer (if ur doing an end of year test) or ur life ahead of you (all the possitive things) so if ur ever stressing about school exams maybe this will help
Teenage stress:
Teenage stress usually consists of work and/or relationships ect. Now we are going to talk about stress at home because that is mainly where stress happens (I don't know) when ur at home you have to think about not stressing (does that make sense) what I'm trying to say is DO NOT think like this "OH NO I'M GOING TO STRESS OUT ANY MOMENT NOW" stop doing thinking that calm yourself if ur thinking "oh no I'm stressing right now" girl take a chill pill, relax have a cup of tea/coffee and leave what ur doing and sit down and watch some telly and then continue. However if it's at school when ur doing work and ur getting stressed put ur pen/pencil down take deep breaths and ask for water or a drink and continue.
