Let's talk: anger
Hello again unicorns today we will be talking about anger there's many things you can do to let anger out but the one thing which you should NOT do is let anger out on a person that can be very upsetting for them and you could really go out of them if you don't be careful. So I'm here to give advise to all of you. If you have a stress ball or a squishy thing always carry that around if you get angry really easily. Instead of putting the anger on a person put it in the ball or whatever you have. But if you don't have a stress ball count to 10 and just chill for a second or two
Anger issues.
If you have anger issues and get mad easily and you do something bad for example you don't like something and you bring the anger out to your parents and you stormed out of the house. Go for a run or do something that you like doing as a hobbie do that and please get help to stop your anger before you do something you do regret.
