(I'm gonna try to play off the ending of 5d's with this, I'm not sure how well it's gonna go, but wish me luck. Even with captions and reading the whole wikia page I don't think I write this right. Also, SPOILERS ARE IN THIS SCENARIO, IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS, DON'T READ THIS SCENARIO!)

Though 5D's had long since parted and went along their own paths, things were not yet done for the signers. Though their marks had long left their bodies, Yusei noticed strange occurrences around the city, as well as strange occurrences with him (I'm not completely sure on where Yusei works or what he does but I'm just gonna throw this together) Yesterday, his coworker said that his right eye changed to a gold color, another day both of them were gold, but both times they disappeared before he could look in a mirror. One day, when he went home, he was found surrounded by people dressed in all black. One of them smirked and said, "We can do this the easy way or the hard way, Fudo." Yusei slowly backed away, looking around for a weapon of some kind, but then his hand started to glow, and a sword materialized itself in his hand.

The details on the sword were unmistakably related to Stardust, and though shocked, Yusei used it to fend off the men from his home, sending them running. He was really shaken up and confused, wondering why they were after him and what these new powers were?... did the others have them too?...
