I finally decided to go with the man, he seemed genuine enough. He smirked at my decision, which made me uneasy, but I still decided to follow him.

We kept walking for a while, until we saw another monster, which he offed quickly. I stayed quiet, still contemplating whether to leave or not.

When we finally stopped, we were at an alley. He looked back at me, then over to the alley.

"Follow me through here, and everything will be fine. If you leave, I can't promise that." After he said that, he walked through the alley, not even looking back at me.

I was now faced with a decision. I could follow him into wherever that was, or choose to leave.
