Next day in Mahajan house

Monami was coming home from the hospital earlier today than any other day.

Because today he and Karan were invited by Batra ma'am for dinner. And told them to come earlier.

Monami's POV

Today Batra Ma'am invited me and Karan for dinner.

I met Batra Ma'am at that party day. I had a long talk with her.She is very nice and sweet lady. I am so excited to meet her again.

I came back from the hospital a little early today. Because Ma'am said us to come earlier. Karan will come to pick me . And now I have to get ready.
But what should I wear?

I opened my closet and looked at something. But I couldn't find anything good to wear.

Karan was sitting in his cabin looking at some files. He got a call. Looking at caller id a smile appeared on his lips.

Karan: Hello Monami..!! Aur sab thik hai?

Her trance broken by Karan's voice.

Karan: Rani Sahiba.....apne mujhe sirf "hello" kehene k liye call kiya tha hai kya?

Monami: Nehi....nehi...Kya kar rahe hoo?

Karan : Nehi....bas do last files hai woh hi check kar raha tha. Kyun kuch kam tha?

Monami (in mind) : Bechara kitna busy hai. Aur main ish tuchi baat k liya ushe call kiya. Aur ase bhi din bhar academy kitna kam karta hoga. Pata nehi ise lunch karne ka time mila hoga bhi ki nehi?

Karan: Monami bar bar kaha kho ja rahi hoo?

Monami: Tumhen lunch kiya kya? (she herself don't know why she asked it)

Karan : Haan abhi kiya. Kyun?

Monami: Abhi....ish time pe? (shocked)

Karan: Asa reaction kyun de rahi ho? Kam main busy tha yarr.

Monami: Karan.... mujhe pata hai tum kam main busy rehete ho always. But asa kon karta hai. Bilkul discipline nehi hai. Aaya bara Officer kahi ka....(she started scolding him like a mother)

Karan : Okk meri maa, kal se main time pe lunch karunga...abh thik hai...?!
Btw tumne mujhe discipline tane dene k liya aur datne k liya call kiya hai kya ....?!!

Monami: Nehi woh actually. Mujhe na samjha nehi aa raha tha ki main aaj kya pehenu.

Karan: Tumhen jo acha lage woh pehenlo. Ishmain main kya help kar
sakta hoon?

Monami: Dress choose karne
main help karoge aur kya...!!

Karan: Main.....!!?

Monami: Nehi tum nehi.... Karan Shergill.

Karan : Tho woh tho main hi hoon.

Monami: Exactly......tum hi hona mere fiance Karan Shergill.....so help me understand. (in demanding tone)

Monami: Acha yeh baatao mujhe

Karan : Kuch bhi...

Monami : Yeh...kuch bhi konsi dress ka nam hota hai? Sorry.....mera pass yeh dress nehi hai. (said sarcastically)

Karan : Mujhe girls clothing ke baremain idea kam hai.

Monami: Ok....okkk... yean bolo main
Normal dress pehenu? yean Top and jens? Or Kurti?

Karan: Aaa.....woh.... mujhe kya pata. Monami tumhen jo acha lage aur jinmain tum comfortable bhi ho woh hi peheno.

Monami: Mujhe mere sare dress hi pasand hai aur main unmain comfortable bhi hoon.

Karan: Monami ek sath sare dress pehenogi tho ajeeb nehi lagogi. Ohh...God....main tumhen ase imagine kar raha hoon....kitni funny lagogi. (while laughing)

Monami was angry now

Monami: Karan.....main yeha tumse help manga raha hoon....aur tum mera majak bana rahe hoo....jao nehi chahiye tumhari madaat.

Karan: Aree..... Rani Sahiba....aap tho gussa ho gayi. (while laughing lightly)

Monami: Tum na bohot bure hoo. Abh na main Sid se help lungi. Wohi abh meri help karega.

Karan : Nehi....nehi....main help karta hoon. Tumne bola na main fiance hoon tho main hi help karunga...

Monami: Pakkka....

Karan: 100% Main aapki help karta
hoon. Ek kam karo tum aapni
choice ke teen dresses ke photo
send karo main bolta hoon.

Monami : Okkkkkkkkk. Main bejhti
hoon. Call pe hi rahena....kahi jana nehi.

Karan : Ok meri Amma

Monami sent Karan pictures of her choice of 3 dresses. And he chooses one of them for Monami.

Again in call

Monami: Thank you... Thank you

Karan: My pleasure Rani Sahiba.
Abh jalse ready ho jao.

Monami: Okk. But tum kaha ho?

Karan : Academy main aur kaha!!!

Karan: Btw... Monami... Mujhe keya pehena cahiye?

Monami (in mind) : Abh tak mere maje le rahe the na abh meri barii (with smrik)

Karan: Bolo na.....kya pehenu?

Monami: Kapre peheno..... fabric wale...(she slightly chuckled )

Karan : Wow.... Rain Sahiba.... mujhe tho ish baremain pata hi nehi tha. Agar aap nehi baatati tho main tho pakka jhar-paate wale kapre lapetke aa jata. Jese adi manav nehi pehente the.

Monami: OMG.....kitne funny lagte na tum. Mujhe tho imagine karte hi bohot hasi aa rahi hai. (while laughing loudly)

(Me : Aur batao.....aap logone imagine kiya ki nehi ? )

Karan: Hahaha....so funny. Main aapni help khud kar lunga.

Monami: Ishe good sense of humour kahete hai jo tumhara nehi hai. (while raising her invisible collar)

Karan was about to say something but she interrupted

Monami: Okkk....abh mujhe late ho raha hai tho bye.

He about to cut the call. She spoke again..

Monami: Btw....Karan...

Karan: Abh kya hai...?!

Monami: Black color suits you well. You look very handsome on black attire

Call end

She said and immediately cut the call even she did not wait for his reply.

Karan blushed and said

Karan: Uff... this girl. ( sighed loudly)

In Mahajan house

Karan was sitting on the couch and continuously taping his right foot on the ground and waiting for Monami's arrival.

After a while a servant brought him coffee and took empty cup of coffee from table.

Karan's POV

It's been 45 minutes, I'm waiting her arrival. But Rani Sahiba was not ready yet.

The servant came and gave me another cup of coffee. And left with the empty cup.

Yes.... another cup. I drank 3 cups of coffee. Itna wait tho maine aaj tak kisi ka bhi nehi kiya. Mujhe bol rahi thi jaldi aana. Abh kudh hi late hai.

Bar bar message main bol rahi hai 2 minutes. Ishka 2 minutes complete hi nehi ho raha hai. Faizi sahi bol raha tha sari ladkiyan ek jese hoti hai.

But I have been out with Monami many times before and she gets ready very quickly. So what happened today? Why is she so late?

My trance was broken by sound of heels. I looked at her. She was looking heavenly beautiful in this dress which was selected by me.

She looked gorgeous in her simple natural makeup and open hair.

Again my trance was broken by her. She snapped fingers in front of me .

Abh late nehi ho raha hai...? she said and smirked at me.

And again I made myself embarrassed in front of her. Damn... But I quickly handle it.

Karan's POV End

Karan : Already late hi gaye hai. (tried to cover it up)

Monami: Okkk..... but humari kon si train chut rahi hai?

Karan: Monami hum late ho gaye hai. Ma'am ne jaldi jane k liye bola tha.

Monami: Haan.... but abhi bhi bohot time hai.

Karan: Koi time nehi hai chalo jaldi...

He said He dragged her out.

Monami: Aare.... Karan kya kar rahe ho. i will fall down.

Karan : Don't worry I can carry you in my arms.

Monami (in mind) : Yeh achank Rajdhani Express kyun ban raha hai. Itna kyun kar raha hai?
