Y/N's POV
"Blindfold?" The man asked, voice low, gravely.
"They said I couldn't-" Y/N responded, but the man cut her off.
"We're not complete heathens," he said gently. "That, through my eyes, was not at all a fair trial. You probably weren't even the killer, just some pedes-"
"I killed them." Y/N said softly, looking away.
The man took a step back, horror flashing in his eyes as he retreated to guard the entrance. He did not proffer the blindfold again.
The single man stepped out, gun held at the ready.
Y/N closed her eyes.
Levi's POV
"About face!" The command came from behind the building, and Levi turned away from the window, hand pressed to his head. I'm such an idiot...
"Ready!" The one person who could have provided a challenge... shitty-glasses was right, she's the kind of psycho this empty place needs.
"Aim!" Levi squeezed his eyes shut, teeth cutting into his cheek.
Fire, damn you, fire!
Judge's POV
"About face!" Was I wrong? She didn't seem like a killer...
"Ready!" The man looked out the window, eyes catching on the men standing guard on either side, in case of an escape.
"Aim!"
Fire, damn you, fire!
Hanji's POV
"About face!" Those idiots. They're all idiots. Hanji was rarely angry, but today she would make an exception.
"Ready!" The thump of a single pair of boots. Levi was staring blankly at a wall, eyes more empty than usual, the bruised on his face growing darker by the instant.
"Aim!" Idiots. Idiots. All of them... the knowledge, the skill we are losing...
The moment crawled on, and Hanji could feel the tension in the room reach a breaking point.
Fire, damn you, fire!
Y/N's POV
"Aim!"
The instant of hesitation felt like a year as Y/N waited.
Fire, damn you, fire!
"FIRE!"
A/N
That escalated quickly.
