It's the lunch break
The six friends are chatting and bantering over food and coffee.

When huda addressed suriji

"Suri ji please thoda heads up dedo na is nayi visiting faculty ke bare mein."

And suriji glared at them

"Kya karega Jan ke khote
Punish to tune har hal mein hona hai"
Ud made fun of huda and he slapped his back.

"Phir bhi suriji bataiye na kaun anae wala hai
Hum thoda prepared rahenge
Koi mogembo type to nahi hai na"
Pooja raised her  concern

And alekh and naina too turned towards suriji expecting some answers and suriji finally came over their table.

"Dekho Jo aa raha hai
Wo aa raha nahi aa rahi hai ...

"Oh Teri Bandi aa rahi hai "
Huda made a remark and everyone rolled their eyes or gave him a glare.

While huda chirped happily

"Oye be careful huda
Ye captain nandini jo hai yahi ke x student hai
Infact captain Rajveer captain Chauhan ki batch ki....
Infact... Second year mein to rajveer aur nandini date karne lage the.

He started giggling but later realised that he oversaid in excitement

While naina kept staring at suriji still recovering with this new shocking news...
And as she turned to her table again she got startled as everyone was staring at her

She overlook their sudden glares and continue with her coffee while everyone realised the obvious and tore the vision from her still perplexed with the discovery

She was passing by outside his room and took a halt
Lingered outside his room for a bit and then knocked finally.

He answered the door and welcome her with a butter  smooth smile.

"I was wondering if u can re explain this i am stuck...only if u have time"
She said carefully

"Ofcourse i can spare some time

He asked for her notes

And she pointed out a specific topic.

"Military tactics....."

He started explaining...how a spy can deploy himself in a foreign land.
To learn and blend with the locals.

And after a while made a remark saying

"And no matter what you do never hide behind the curtain in someone's room cadet Naina ah Singh"
He mocked her and she made a cute offending face....
She didn't expect this sudden leg pulling from him

"Will you stop it already
Apne us shamm  ko hi meri achi khasi remand Li thi...."

She started playing with the pen in her hand while he laughed openly on her.

"Seriously what were you thinking
You do realise that it was such a stupid idea
Bina kisi back up ke bina kisi coverup ke aise hi ... Ghus gayi...

He said in genuine tone and she agreed with him this time..

"I was naive back then sir....

Or you could have pretend to be sleep walking..."
She was amazed and impressed with his ideas....

He said with a bow  and a smile and she grin back

And went back to continue with the topic

"Sir we are going to have a visiting faculty
For spy training.... "
She slipped it in between

"Yupp captain nandini sehgal
She is really good "
He said still marking her textbook with important points

"Wo bhi apki batchmate thi na suriji ne bataya"

"Yeahh....
First year mein actually hum teeno ka hi group tha
Naveen main aur nandini.... We were the troublemaker of our time...
Abhimanyu se dosti second year mein a kar gehri Hui ...
But then a new problem started "

He was telling everything in a flow very smoothly and naina leaned a bit keeping her elbows on her lap.

She asked

"Nothing dramatic

Abhi started liking nandini but nandini asked me out and I had no clue about abhi so i started dating her and later i learnred about abhi's feeling"

He told her everything without any cover
As if he has nothing to hide.

"So why did you broke up because of abhimanyu sir"?
She asked

"Nope
We weren't getting along and then naveen also felt that we are different people from totally different world
Like i am not labelling her but she was a privileged child  ...
We just didn't fit together
But we parted as friends...no hard feelings.

But eventually we lost touch.... I don't even remember actually when did I met her last time."

He tried to think
And she smiled

"It's gonna be a reunion for three of you"

"Yeahh and in fact I will try this time to push abhi a bit
Who knows something can happen this time between them...
I think I should ask Shalini to supervise the whole operation, she will go bonkers "

Not that she was jealous or something
But it was important for her to learn everything about this particular chapter

Although she know that he is in love with her now

She believes in those eyes which says that he loves her

Pooja asked as they lay on their respective beds that night

"Why would I be insecure
I am just glad that I got him in the end"
She replied calmly

"Wow sir is lucky
Main to Ali ki chutney bana deti"

Naina laughed and Pooja joined her

But what she didn't told Pooja was that
She had once shot him to kill
And yet she witness his eyes getting alive when he sees her.... Every time...

Those eyes

How can she ever doubt them...
