Chapter Two: Panther Blackmail

"He's like me!?"

Kagami had never met anyone else who was like him. For the longest time he had felt like there was no one else out there who would even understand what he was going through. There was just one thing, this wasn't the way he wanted to be found out by someone else.

"Get off me!!" Kagami yelled as he pushed Aomine off from on top of him. "What the hell is your problem?! If you knew who I was then why didn't you just come out and say it instead of going at it like this?!"

"It's no fun tin just asking. I wanted to see you completely transform but all I got out of you was your ears and tail. That sucks that I put all that effort in for nothing.

"Totally Transform? What are you talking about?" Kagami looked confused.

"You really don't know? Do you even have any idea who or what you are?" Aomine asked surprised.

"The only thing that's ever transformed is my ears and tail. I don't know what you're talking about when you say totally transform!"

Aomine couldn't believe what he was hearing. A Werecat who didn't know about the full transformation. He's never heard of such a thing before.

"Tell you what, since we're the same I'll tell you everything I know about what you are, but you have to do something for me." Aomine said with a slight sigh.

"And what would that be?" Kagami growled that boy he still didn't know the name of.

"I... kind of... need a place to crash. If you let me stay at your place, then I'll tell you everything you want and need to know about what you are."

Kagami couldn't believe what he was hearing. He didn't even now this person and he was almost blackmailing him with information that could help him understand what it is that he was.

"I don't even know your name, so why would I let you stay at my place?"

"Oh, that is a good point! My name is Aomine... Daiki Aomine. What about you?"

"Kagami... Taiga Kagami."

"Taiga, well that explains the scent you were letting off. It smelled a lot like that of a Tiger."

"Tiger? I smell like a Tiger? How do you know that?!" Kagami was started to get really irritated with Aomine.

"Hmmm... well, I guess I can tell you about that, and then I'll tell you more when we get to your place. Do you even know what you are?"

Kagami hesitated to answer Aomine's question. He had no idea what he was, just that he kept it hidden for the sack of his family's name. "To be honest, no, I have no idea what I am. I'm only the second known member in my family to be like this. So, what am I then?"

"You Kagami are like me, we're considered to be special humans with a unique trait. We're Werecats Kagami, people who can transform into cats."

Kagami looked at Aomine with a look of confusion and shock.

"What the hell is he talking about?"

Back at the apartment Kagami still didn't understand what Aomine meant about him being a Werecat, a human who can transform completely into cat. He didn't know if he should believe him or not. But if this stranger did have more information about what he was, Kagami wanted to know what it was.

"Alright, this is my place. I guess you can make yourself at home for the time being." Kagami opened the door to his apartment. When Aomine saw the inside, he was surprised at how nice it was compared to his place.

"Wow, this place isn't that bad looking."

"Guess I'll take that as a complement. Just don't trash the place alright. I like to keep it clean. I have some extra cheeseburgers from Maji Burger if you're hungry at all." Kagami went to his room to put away his basketball, when he came back out he found Aomine shifting through his things in his bag. He pack so much stuff Kagami was surprised it was all able to fit.

"Don't worry Kagami, I don't plan on moving in or anything. Most of this is just clothes."

"I wasn't worry about that, I'm just surprised you were able to fit all that into one bag." Kagami slightly laughed as he pick up his cheeseburger wrappers.

"Yeah it was a bit tough. Thanks for letting me stay here Kagami, I know you didn't have to, but I did offer you information about you being a Werecat and all."

"Yeah, about that..."

"I know it seems farfetched, but that's what you are Kagami. I'll tell you everything I was taught by my family. We have a long history of the Wewcat bloodline." Aomine reach for a cheeseburger that was sitting on the coffee table that Kagami said he could have.

"Before all that, can I just ask you one more thing?" Kagami asked.

"Shoot." Aomine said with his mouth full of cheeseburger.

"You just said you were taught by your family, why are you asking to stay here at my place? Is your family around or no?"

Aomine suddenly stated chewing his cheeseburger really slow. He looked over at Kagami with his dark blue almost black eyes and stared straight into Kagami's red ones.

"I got into it with my parents. It's no big deal, this is nothing new to them. I just need to let them know where I am tomorrow, but I don't know if I'll go back there for a while. As I was saying about the Werecat bloodline. You said that you're only the second known member of your family to be able to transform, is that right?"

"Yeah, the second one that we know of. The first was some uncle who's no longer around. It was hard learning how to control it, not having my ears and tail pop out. But then I realized that if I think about something that makes me calm it helps hold back the transformation. But you said something about a scent I give off when I'm about to transform." Kagami was starting to become really interested about what he is and what Aomine was going to tell him.

"It's your hormone scent. You need to lean to control that has well or other Werecats that are in this area will attack you. Male or female, it doesn't matter. It gets really bad during rut season too. I'm surprised you haven't been jumped already. But everything I'm about to teach you will help you out in the end, and then maybe you'll be able to completely transform into your Tiger form. I can't wait to see that. Then you'll get to see what a real Werecat looks like." Aomine shoved the rest of the cheeseburger he was eating into his mouth.

"What kind of Werecat are you Aomine? If you don't mind me asking?" Kagami asked curiously.

"You don't get to see my true form until you learn to totally transform yourself. Until then, you don't get to see." Aomine teased as he took another cheeseburger.

"That's not far Aomine, you bastard!!" Kagami growled in protest.

"Until the tiger transforms the tiger doesn't get to see." Aomine stuck out his tongue at Kagami before taking a bite out of his second cheeseburger.

Kagami was going to have his hands full with this blackmailing Panther Werecat.
