do this on the layer under
um
ignore the large amount of flowers on the cat layer :  )

uh yeah just continue doing that until you have sorta the outline of all your stuff
and then

do a layer behind and colour the things in, if it's a natural thing it's better if you oogledeboogle the colours around a bit

^this is kinda what layers should look like(minus the stupid flowers on the cat layer)
and the empty one underneath is forrrrr
