it was a rainy and freezing day, leorio and kurapika had finally gotten togehther relationship wise and the two were very happy together.

the blonde almost had all of the scarlet eyes back yet he knew there was just one jar left but he knew l it belonged to the high and mighty, chrollo, leader of the spiders.

kurapika was sitting down, plotting on how to get the final pair of eyes back while leorio sat next to him, "listen sunshine whatever happens, i'll always be here for you, so if you ever need help just ask me." kurapika smiled at the nice words that continued to give him hope.

"thank you mister leorio, it's just i'm worried, no one has heard anything from chrollo in a long time" kurapika just sighed, closing his eyes for a moment.

"what if you just stop looking for the eyes, it's all in the past now anyways," kurapikas eyes turned red at the words of his beloved boyfriend, "leorio what the hell? you know how important this mission is for me!" leorios eyes widened, "yeah well you're gonna end up killing your self for them, they're just eyes, your real family is dead and there's nothing you can do about it!" leorio sighed before speaking again, "your the only person who truly remembers the kurta clan! if you're dead then no one will be left, think about how important it is!"

kurapika got up, despair filling his body at those words, "i thought you knew me leorio but i guess you don't, i'm off to find chrollo so don't come after me! goodbye."

and just like that, kurapika had left leorios house, running into the rain with the slightest idea on where to go. leorio just stayed inside, he knew it was better to give the blonde some time to think about the words he said, they may have came out rude but everything he said was the truth.

meanwhile kurapika was wandering through the streets, "what was i saying! i have no idea where to go," kurapika said as tears fell down his face, he sat down on a bench and even though he was in the middle of no where, a tall man had appeared in front of him with no explanation, "are you lost baby girl?" the hidden man said

kurapika just looked up at him while raising his eyebrow, he was a tall man with dark black hair and he had a mask covering his face and a coat covering his body.

"what, who are you? and please do not call me that!" kurapika yelled out, his eyes getting a tint of red.

the unknown man just sat next to him, it was still pouring rain. "how about you come to my place, it's raining a lot as you can tell," kurapika just looked at him, anger bubbling up inside of him. "i said who are you, don't play dumb with me."

the man slowly took off his mask revealing it was the one and only...

chrollo

"chrollo!" kurapika screamed out, his eyes turning a bright red now, instead of that dull red, his anger at an all time high. "oh my, you seem awfully mad, i wonder why," chrollo just put a hand on his shoulder and laughed deviously, "don't you worry, i have no intentions on hurting you dear, i would like to be friends actually."

for some reason, the blonde had calmed down, what was going on with him? he seemed to be in a trance, the way his body felt all warm and tingly inside when he noticed chrollos hands on his body, touching him lightly.

"no, this is wrong! you killed my whole clan, my whole family!" kurapika cried out as he felt the other man wrap his arms around him in a tight embrace. "oh dear, i'm a changed man don't you see? come here sweet, and come into my mansion and wash off from this horrible rain we're having."

the blonde looked up at him, smiling, nodding as if he forgot everything about this man and his evil intentions.

it had been extra flu two weeks since kurapika had left, leorio was walking home from work at the hospital, thinking to himself. "it's been so long, where is kurapika," he said to himself quietly.

time for leorio had been slow, he just thought kurapika needed time alone for a while, but he never came back.

it was around 8 at night and leorio ended up at the bar, thinking about drinking his feelings away until he noticed a familiar blonde haired man with with a dark haired man, he seemed awfully familiar. he took a closer look and noticed it was chrollo! and they seemed to be kissing? but kurapika was his boyfriend.

leorio thought about how he told kurapika he should just forget about his eyes and last and focus on the future but he didn't mean this!

"kurapika?" the doctor shouted out as kurapika turned to look at him, but before anything could happen, chrollo grabbed kurapika and ran off quickly.

leorio ran off to catch up until they were in an old abandoned building. "huff huff, KURAPIKA! where were you and why are you with chrollo, your worst enemy?" the blonde just looked at him with confusion in his eyes.

"he's my boyfriend and i love him!" kurapika said, running his fingers on chrollos body, looking at him. "no! he killed your whole family did you forget? please kurapika come back with me, i need you!"

kurapika then turned to look at the doctor then looked at chrollo, "kurapika dear, you have to choose, who DO you want to be with?" chrollo said with a smirk.

kurapika looked at both men, but his attention stayed on the spider. "chrollo, i love you so much," the evil smiled happily at least as leorios eyes widened.

leorio fell onto the floor sobbing, how could this happen? he cared so much the blonde haired man, he didn't mean for this to happen, he didn't mean for any of it!

kurapika was usually such a calm level headed man, why did he cheat on him? leorio knew his words during their fight weren't the nicest but it was the truth! he just couldn't understand why kurapika would cheat on his with his worst enemy!

until leorio looked at him and realized kurapika was wearing a necklace with a gem, it glowed with a dark red color, leorio knew something bad was happening and he knew this was not the kurapika he loved and shared a home with.

all of a sudden leorio screamed and ran towards him, grabbing his necklace and throwing it onto the floor. the gem had broke, a gust of dark red dust came out of the gem and kurapika started to cough as he fall onto the floor.

"what happened" the blonde said while getting up from the floor only to flop back down from exhaustion. he rubbed his face as chrollos eyes turned murderous, "no, my plan!" the spider pulled out a gun as he pointed it at the weak kurta who laid on the floor, "it's time to kill you like you did to my poor phantom troupe," chrollo laughed evilly until BOOM.

a pink haired girl came rushing into this random building.

madoka kaname, who was the girl, shot her bow at chrollo, right in the heart. the man falling onto the floor, taking his last breath, "there shall be no more evil in yorknew now!" the pink haired magical girl disappeared into the night with a happy smile on her face.

leorio was so confused as he quickly rushed to kurapika, "sunshine, are you ok?" he had tears in his eyes as kurapika slowly got up and gave the doctor a big hug.

"leorio! i'm so sorry, i didn't mean for any of this to happen, he put me on a trance! you were right, i let revenge control me to much." kurapika was now sobbing as leorio held him in his arms, he looked up until he saw a bright red glow coming from across the room.

leorio then let go of the hug and walked over to the ominous light as he smiled, "kurapika! look it's the last pair."

the blonde walked over to it and smiled widely, they were here in chrollos weird old factory all along, he picked up the eyes as he grabbed leorios hand. "i love you leorio, i'm very sorry, i hope you forgive me," i love you too sunshine and please don't worry about it."

so then the two went back home, gathered all the eyes and then headed to the place where kurapika lived as a child. he and leorio dug up some graves where he buried the eyes in memory of those who died.

then leorio have him a big fat wet kiss on kurapikas lips and went to live happily ever after.
