Chapter 4: a very Alien vs Predator Christmas
The mangled blood-soaked bodies of two young girls lay on the floor of the loud house living room.
Leni sat on her knees, her hands tightly clenching her hair. She continued to scream in terror. Luna rushed to the nearest trash can and threw up.
"Was that Alien?" Lori stammered. "Is Alien real?!?!"
Then they heard a thumping sound on the roof.
"What was that?" Lincoln said.
"Maybe it's Santa." Lola suggested.
Then something big started to climb down their chimney. Lana walked up to the fireplace.
"Santa?" Lana said.
"Lana, get away from the fireplace." Luna warned.
A cloud of ash and suit fell into the fireplace, putting out the flames. Then the creature came out of the shadows. Its skin was as black as the night. At was about as tall as a full-grown man with a slender build and long skinny limbs. It had a long tail on its rear end, its black shiny head was the shape of a banana. Its mouth was full of razor-sharp teeth and dripping with grey slime. it had no eyes, yet it could see.
"Yep, that's Alien." Lori said.
The alien opened its jaw making a hissing noise and revealing the small second set of jaws in its mouth.
Lana stood frozen in fear. The alien snatched the little girl up with its long skinny arms.
"HELP!" Lana yelled. Then the alien poked the bladed end of its tail into Lana's side. Her body went numb, and she fell limp in the alien's grasp.
"What are we just standing around for?" Lynn called out. "There are a bunch of us, and only one of him. Let's get him!"
"YEEAAHHHH!!!!!!" Everyone yelled as they charged the alien. The alien hissed and speed up the chimney in the blink of an eye, taking Lana with it.
"LANA!" Lola yelled.
"MY BABY!!!!" Rita yelled.
Lola ran to the fireplace after her twin. Lori picked the little girl up before she got to the fireplace.
"Lola, hold on. We don't want you getting caught too." Lori said.
"We have to save her!" Lola said. "That monster is going to eat her."
"If it's anything like the movies, it's not going to eat her." Lynn replied.
"It's not?" Lola wiped her eyes.
"Nah, it'll probably take her back its hive where it'll lay eggs in her." Lynn said.
"NNNNOOOOOOO!!!!!!" Lola yelled.
"TMI bra." Luna said to Lynn.
"How is alien real?" Lori said. "That was just a movie."
Just then the door swung open. Lightning cracked behind the dark figure standing at the doorway. The figure walked into the room, reviling himself to be an old man.
"I can answer that." The old man said.
"Uh... who are you?" Lori asked.
"I am Ridley Scott," The old man answered. "I am the writer and director of alien."
"Uh... ok" Lori said. "So, what's um, what's going on here?"
"Is it some sort of wormhole that leads to the universe of your movies?" Lincoln asked.
"Lincoln please," Lucy said. "Obviously Ridley Sott's movies are cursed, so that whatever is in them will come to life."
"No, it isn't wormholes, or magic curses," Ridley explained. "The answer is simple. Alien is real."
"Like the movie is based on a true story?" Leni said.
"No, the events of the movie Alien did not happen, at least not yet as it is set far in the future." Ridley said. "But the creature, the Alien otherwise known as the Xenomorph is very real, as you have unfortunately seen for yourself.
Since I was a boy, I have been plagued with visions of these horrifying nightmare creatures, that lay eggs inside human bodies. I made Alien as a warning to mankind, a warning that the Alien's were coming. But I thought we'd have more time. But it seems the time is upon us now; the aliens have arrived.
So, I have been hunting them. And the trail has led me to this house, when that poor girl fell off her bike in the woods and she was attacked by a face hugger."
"What's a face hugger?" Leni said.
"Those yellow spider things with tails from the alien movies." Luna explained.
"Ew, spiders!" Leni said.
"Oh, these are much worse than spiders." Ridley said. "Face huggers are what lay eggs in human hosts. Or at least they did. The one your unfortunate friend ran into must have been dormant for some time. A while back I managed to track and kill the alien queen. Unfortunately, once the queen was dead, they replaced her with something much worse than a queen."
"A king?" Leni replied.
"Before I tell you of the monster that leads the hive now, I must tell you that Predator exists as well." Ridley said.
"That's that movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger, right?" Lori said. "Where those army guys are hunted by some sort of alien hunter."
"Yes," Ridley Scott said.
"So, then this is like an Alien Vs Predator kind of thing, right?" Leni said.
"Yes," Ridley said. "And I don't think it takes a genius to figure out that the aliens are being led by the alien/predator hybrid, the predalien. And what face huggers and alien queens will do to a person is quick and painless compared to what the Predalien will do."
...
Lana woke up in a daze. She didn't know where she was. Her vision was blurry, and it was dark. She was cold and she was wet. Her vision soon focused and her eyes adjusted to the dark.
She seemed to be in some sort of cave. The walls were covered in some sort of slime. They also seemed to be covered in a strange design and didn't seems to even be made out of rock. More like some sort of hard fungus.
"Muh... where am I?" Lana moaned. She tried to get up but found she couldn't move. Panicked, she realized her body was wrapped in whatever thick slimy substance the walls and floor were made of. She was stuck in a mound where the wall met the floor. Only her face, and her belly were sticking out of the slimy goo.
"HELP!" Lana yelled. Then she heard moans of pain. Followed by screams, then a splattering sound.
Lana's heart started to race, and her breathing became more rapid. She heard a deep growling noise, like that of an alligator or crocodile.
Lana tried not to make a sound as the massive shadowy creature walked past her.
She could hear the sound of a woman pleading, then the woman's screams where quickly muffled.
Oh my God! Lana thought, tears rolling down her face I'm gonna die!
