"Why won't you talk to me Derrek? Why are you suddenly so closed off?" Ophelia shouts as she aggressively cups the sides of my face to stop me from walking away.

Ophelia forces me to match her gaze; the agony evident in her eyes. I feel my core ache as I notice how much distress she's truly in. She holds onto me for awhile and begins to slowly caress my cheekbone lightly with her thumb. Her tender touch and relaxing presence calm me.

"Derrek, please talk to me." She whispers, cautiously. "You need to tell me what's happening to you - to the both us."

Slow updates, but totally worth it. A well written werewolf book (which can sometimes be hard to find on here) with an interesting twist, and a budding romance... Not to mention the parents... Ah, fun. This isn't your everyday werewolf romance.
