Hoseok's mother goes on memory lane during her last few breathes

Hoseok's mother regrets so much that she had never whispered to her son how much both her and her husband deep down love him and thinks of the fact that they did not even get the chance to show it.

She deeply regrets even till the last minute that they couldn't be there to save another one of their child as if the past was repeating itself.

Hoseok's parents were originally from outside of this town and didn't grow up here. The two fell madly in love and the love lead to Hoseok's mother getting pregnant out of wedlock and at an early age of just kids. Both their families being well known families to the public it was a disgrace to their family's reputation. And so afraid, the two love birds ran away and they were eventually disowned.

With only a car and some little money to depend on to feed both himself and his pregnant girlfriend they could only continue driving along the road.

They somehow found their way into this paradise town and are worshiped upon their arrival more towards the clear evidence of Hoseok's mother due to give birth soon.

They were heavily celebrated and all that they needed was provided by the town for free, it was too good to be real but very real.

They lived comfortably, no worries and just hoped she delivered safely at least. Of course the town was even friendlier to them because they knew she was expecting a male child.

Life was as good as it can get for them. Hoseok's mother delivered a beautiful healthy bouncing baby boy that they named Seokjin, Jin for short.

The whole town people took part in helping bring him up since his parent were still too young to fully understand how to take proper care of a baby. They were all so, so, happy until that night when the town's true evil side was revealed.

Suddenly, strong burly and scary built men one night suddenly broke the door to their house rudely barging into their house forcibly wrenching Jin from his mother's strong clutches. The mother and son both reaching out for each other while being held back, kicking, scratching, screaming, shouting, bellowing and throwing a fit to not be dragged away from his mother and father.

Young Jin fought hard so they won't be able to take him away from his mother.

Same for his father who was then beaten to a pulp and tied up helplessly in the corner of the room while forced with no other way out of their predicament but to watch their kind innocent beautiful boy be dragged and thrown across the shoulders of the giant muscly men away from them to be used as part of the town rituals and traditions.

A secretly hidden dark secret; which is the reason for the town's flourish, increase in nourishment, glory and the enrichment of its land and the people dwelling on it. The people living within the town are then able to live their dreams and wishes as if in sweet paradise having all and anything they could ever imagine come true.

The town's people live their lives in total ignorant bliss and happiness and comfort for the price of a child's tears.

The last they saw of their son Jin was at the young age of 12 years old that very day he left kicking and screaming for his mother and since then they have not heard from him ever again.

It's been a few years not long after losing SeokJin their first child and they had tried to leave this town but wasn't able to.
