Okay, so I'm trying out a new ranking system and it can be a bit confusing, so I'm just gonna explain it because I want to just to clear up the confusion that might be made throughout the book since I know there will be confusion. This is ranked from the people who hold the most power to the least. And this chart will include one of OCs who are in the story while the others fall under recruits. And remember, this is the SKY ARMY RANKING, remember that. Took me so long to make this, not even kidding....like four hours...

Department Descriptions:

The Advanced Division:
The Advanced Division holds the Sky Army's mission compatible and the top fighters in the Army and the top officers. General Ellis is the Head of the Department, the General determines who is in this division. Colonel Maron is the Overseer of the division. The division's members are not stated, the existence of the division is a kept secret within the army, even the recruits barely know of its existence. They do the dirty work, the jobs that might be seen as shady but are essential, the missions are determined by the Commander and the missions are assigned by General Ellis. Colonel Maron makes sure to maintain the existence of the division a secret and holds the power to determine who is in and who is not.

The Magic Division:
The Magic Division holds the Army's mages, the head of this division General Azdel, he trains the mages. This is the smallest division in the army due to magic dying.

The Archer Division:
Self-Explanatory holds the army's top archers. Head is Lieutenant General Hughes.

The Medical Division:
The Sky Army's battlefield medics, doctors, nurses, healers. The Head is Major General Juneau. The head Doctor is Specialist Jin Bop.

The Recruit Division:
Holds the Recruits who have completed their basic training and been a recruit for more then a year. The Head of the division is Lieutenant General Jerome Aceti. Overseer is Colonel Maron.

The New Recruits Division:
The Recruits who have not completed basic training and just signed up. Head is Lieutenant General Stapleton. Overseer is Colonel Maron.

Rank Descriptions:

The Specialists:
People who Specialize in a certain field that is found to be essential to the Sky Army's survival. Usually, these people are picked by the Commander or one of the three Generals.

The Advanced Captains/ Majors:
Advanced Captains/Majors are people who are mission leader compatible. These people are chosen by the Commander and the Head of the Advanced Division. The existence of their rank is usually unknown to the recruits and only known by Sky Army Officers. People who are Advanced Captains/Majors are trusted carrying out missions either with recruits or on their own.

Representatives:
Representatives are people who represent the Sky Army when the Commander cannot. They are usually representing the army during times of war or crisis. They make sure the Sky Army is on the people's good side. They make sure the Sky Army's best interests are being put forth.

The Overseers:
The Overseers are people who monitor a certain division for the Head of said division. They make sure the division or persons is running smoothly and efficiently or doing their job with the Sky Army's best interests in mind.
