This is just a lil AU I thought of that might be awesome!! 😄 I MAY post some short stories/memes/etc. around it, and also feel more than free to get a hand on this (or even RP it!) as well if you'd like of course~

Now, obviously some things will be veeery different especially since this is a regular modern AU and our OCs would be reverted to hormonal teens haha xD But really, don't think too much 'bout it and let's just have fun! This'll also be a lot more lighthearted and wacky than how LL usually is 😉

The school is gonna be called Legacy High, but I haven't thought of what the mascot and other stoofs could be yet so if ya have any ideas then let's discuss it!!

Aaand below are mah OCs as highschoolers, some info 'bout them, and their 'stereotypes'! And if ya watch Victorious then you'll KNOW I took some inspo from the OG boss ass bitch Jade West for Astoria 😂 Kinda hilarious and coincidental, too, that her nickname's Tori!

Henri 'RiRi' Grimmaldi
Grade 12 | 18 y/o
" THE OUTCAST "
-Made fun of and avoided like a disease as the 'freakish weirdo' in the entire school

-Most of the dweebs and losers don't even wanna welcome him

-Quiet and often just keeps to himself, and is honestly a little qUiRkY

-Literally no one knows what the hell he's thinking

-Has little friends--if any, at all

-Also has a pretty odd fashion sense and wears the darkest of all eyeliners for daysss

-E to the M to the OOO

-A shy, soft, and awkward bby

-Very--and I'm talking VERY--emotional, but tries his damn hardest to keep all of his bursting feelings to himself

-But has most likely bawled his eyes out in a washroom stall...more than once

-Seriously just wants to be loved

-Dated a cute girl once, but quickly broke up after he found out she only went out with him on a dare and that she was making fun of him behind his back to her friends

-A shadowy gloominess follows him around, but he is UTTERLY adorable when his whole face lights up with a rare smile

-Hates nearly everyone in the school, but most of them hasn't given him a reason NOT to strongly dislike them

-Keeps tabs on EVERYONE (has a notebook where he writes down people's names and puts in what he personally thinks about them)

-Constantly bullied and pushed around as a punching bag and even when he tries to stand up for himself, he is easily overpowered due to his small and weak stature

-But the teachers a d o r e him

-He's a perfect straight A student (that is also a bit of a suck-up at times), and doesn't even need to put that much effort into studying

-But he absolutely d e t e s t s doing presentations in front of the class and always tries to make up reasons to be excused from doing them

-Sometimes he succeeds, but other times his teachers require him to actually do it which can often lead to his anxiety spiking

-Some of the jocks threaten him into doing their homework

-He purposely slipped up on a jock's assignment one time so that he'd get caught by the teacher, but the jock shoved him into a locker and he wasn't discovered until way after lunch has ended. He promised not to mess up any homework ever again in fear of it (or possibly something even worse) happening once more

-Things are going horribly for him right now, but he's guaranteed a scholarship in college and a good future as well as planning on having his sweet revenge one day on everyone who's crossed him

-President of the Poetry Club, though there are only a few active members and most of the school don't even know there IS such a club nor would they care

-Lowkey pretty creative, skilled with pouring his heart out by writing literature and sometimes even composing little pieces of music

-Secretly has a rather successful Wattpad account where his only purpose is to share his more private poems anonymously

-Also has a large white dragon tattoo on his back that he got without anyone else knowing, purely cuz he thought it's cool and he wanted to cover up some past scars

-You'll almost always find him lurking around and hiding in the cozy corners of the library as it's truly an oasis of sorts for him, and there have been times when he lost track of time and stayed long after school hours

-Lives with his half-aunt

-He was heavily abused as a kid by his good-for-nothing parents, but was finally saved from that by his beloved aunt

-Ever since then, he's been a complete Auntie's Boy

-His aunt's rather overprotective of him and a little bit of a helicopter guardian, which might be one of the reasons why he is how he is now and has zero social life

-But he's fine with it... At least, that's what he tells himself

Astoria 'Tori' Bennett
Grade 12 | 18 y/o
" THE GOTH "
-Ironically enough, she isn't the Queen Bee of the school

-She's still vv popular tho and is widely considered to be the prettiest and H O T T E S T senior

-But she honestly doesn't give a fuck about any of that and doesn't like labels all that much

-But still, she's the 'goth chick' as established

-Black edgy clothes, ever changing streaks in her hair, piercings--Y'ALL GET THE GIST

-Always unapologetically herself and looking to break down the status quo

-Is the most followed student on Instagram, putting all the actual popular cliques to shame and envy

-S U P E R talented on many skills, but especially in singing

-Her jaw dropping talent show performances are the favourite of nearly everyone

-But she was forced by the school's staff to not join every single talent show cuz she often wins and other students need a chance to shine

-Has a great passion for music, into a wide variety of genres and artists tho her top favourite is anything heavy metal/rock/punk/alternative etc.

-Might pursue a career in music after graduating

-But is currently working part-time at a local Hot Topic (is anyone surprised?!?)

-She also loves loves LURVES all things dark and terrifying

-She has a strange obsession with the occult as well

-Has a pretty crude and morbid sense of humour and interests + doesn't frighten easily

-Lots of people wanna date/befriend her, but are too damn scared to make any moves

-Very opinionated and never hesitates to voice (or SCREAM) what she thinks or when she doesn't like/approve of something

-Kinda impossible to ever win in an argument with her

-Shoulda joined the Debate Club

-A lil bitchy and mean sometimes, but really not that bad when given the effort to know better and DOES (miraculously) have a heart *as small as it is*

-Sticks to only a few close friends, but extremely true and loyal and would do almost anything for/with them

-Holds some power in the school which she loves and sometimes uses to her advantage, but doesn't have a big head over it

-She does thoroughly enjoy sometimes creeping out or intimidating people on purpose tho just for kicks

-Lives with her mom, who is divorced from her dad, and chose to have her mom's surname

-Her mom is really kind, loving, and supportive while her dad's a rich cheating manwhore and total arrogant bastard

-Loathes her dad with a burning fury and will s n a p at any mention or topic about him

-But her dad doesn't seem to get this and still attempts to make amends with her (in his own way), like having a limousine try to pick her up from school one time which just caused her to grab a rock and outright SMASH the poor vehicle's hood out of frustration in front of everyone

-That little dramatic and scandalous outburst was the gossip in school for WEEKS, but she doesn't care

Rowan 'Ro' Grimmaldi
Grade 11 | 17 y/o (almost 18)
" THE TROUBLEMAKER "
-Henri's slightly younger (second) cousin whom Henri tries to avoid as much as possible

-He still LOVES bothering dear ol' RiRi tho

-Would be a senior now, too, if it wasn't for having been held back a year

-Got into a terrible altercation last year (which he luckily survived) and was hospitalized, which is why he has to repeat a grade

-Has a pretty infamous reputation in school as the resident 'bad boy'

-Smoking, some underaged drinking, skipping/cutting classes, etc.

-Leader of a small gang in the school, and quite often gets into a lot of unnecessary fights with other people (sometimes even with students from different schools!)

-He believes that the only way to 'solve' an issue is to physically duke it out

-Honestly just unhealthily obsessed with the thrill of fighting

-Legit every teacher's WORST FUCKING N I G H T M A R E

-Would much rather go out to play/party and mess around all day, it's truly a miracle he hasn't failed school *yet*

-But besides being a bad influence, overall he's not actually a horrendous human

-He's very in tune with his youthfulness and despite getting into fights, he still manages to keep a bright smile on his beat up face and a chipper vibe most of the times

-He also tries to help Henri out whenever he sees his relative getting pushed around

-If people just disregard his reputation and genuinely wanna get closer to him, they'll see that he's a really spry and happy-go-lucky lad that's a lot of fun to be friends with

-He also enjoys cracking jokes, interrupting the class with his shenanigans, and sometimes coming up to mischief and executing memorable pranks that would make the yearbook

-Surprisingly quite perceptive at times, his friends joke that he's a psychic

-He does have social media, but he mostly just uses them for trolling and posting stupid shit

-SK8R BOIII

-Lives with his older brother

-His father, divorced from his mother, chose to stay and live back in their hometown while him and his brother have a fresh start in the big city

-Him and his brother love each other, but due to his outrageous delinquent behaviour his brother's a bit tired with him and always lecturing him

-Despite having several suspensions and being no stranger to detention, it's all thanks to his brother he's still somehow in school

-His brother constantly reasons and deeply apologizes for his younger sibling's antics, and at one point even went on a date with his homeroom teacher just to butter her up. His brother knows it's wrong, but he doesn't have a choice

-His brother is a respected police officer, but now overworks himself more than ever to pay back the hospital bills

-He feels guilty about this and doesn't want his brother overworking himself to death, so he secretly took a job as a bartender (lying about his age) in a seedy nightclub and is part of the reason why he skips classes so that he could sometimes help out with the club's early preparations

Sasha 'Sha' Beowulf
Grade 10 | 16 y/o
" THE LONER "
-The 'new girl', but definitely NOT the typical nice girl next door

-Her parents are travel writers so they have gone all around the world, but they decided to settle down for a while and moved to a new home

-Because of her parents' work, she has been doing online homeschooling until now to which she has been enrolled into a public school

-She's doing alright so far, but is still quite a loner most of the times tho she doesn't mind it at all

-In fact, she enjoys being by herself

-Also has a lil bit of a weird obsession with wolves and has a whole YouTube channel dedicated to them and educating viewers about them

-Loves animals in general tho for some reason she doesn't get along all that well with cats

-Became quick besties with Astoria; they just GET each other, and Astoria's about the only person she'd ditch her lonesome and actually hang out with

-Straight up HAIR G O A L S

-But WILL cut a bitch if they dare try to touch her locks without permission

-S A R C A S T I CCC

-Dry and sometimes offensive sense of humour

-Is really blind to other people's feelings and thus can often unintentionally hurt them

-Will not talk behind someone's back or online, instead will insult them DIRECTLY to their face

-And she has a very...COLOURFUL language

-Has been called down to the principal's office countless times already due to complaints about her rude attitude to both students and teachers (she argues that she's just being honest and putting her freedom of expression to good use)

-A lot smarter than she looks, but she doesn't put in enough care into her schoolwork to be one of the top students

-Besides the hate, many other people admire her thinking that she's so cool since she's been to various places in the world (and also cuz she just rocks her signature leather jacket!)

-FOOD IS LOVE, FOOD IS L I F E

-She'd literally eat almost ANYTHING

-If she only had enough money, she swears to buy the whole ass cafeteria

-Seriously, you'd think she hasn't eaten in c e n t u r i e s and has just awakened from a cursed deep slumber

-"Me eating is a good cause"

-But she still somehow manages to keep her healthy figure (LUCKY BISH)

-Probably due to dancing, and she's one of the best and most athletic dancers around

-She's considering MAYBE joining the cheerleading team, but the cheerleaders are way too damn annoyingly peppy and she doesn't like the ridiculously skimpy uniforms

-The Gymnastics Club could be something interesting tho and the club's president has tried to convince her many times to join them

-Stealthy AF

-A bit of a kleptomaniac. Has a habit of stealing pretty much anything (wallets, pens, phones, etc.) and would sometimes not even notice she's naturally doing it until she feels something in her hands

-She's working on it, but her skill's useful when she just wants to spite someone she doesn't like by taking something important of theirs (or even stealing staff's keys to explore around the school's restricted areas and finding new hiding spots)

-Lives with her parents, but even after they've moved her parents are still very busy and doesn't have enough time to spend with her so it seems as if she just lives by herself most of the times

-But they're still close and tries to go on fun family camping or hiking trips whenever they can to make up for lost time with their daughter and also to 'connect with nature'

-Her parents are pretty chill tho and are kinda like hippies
