1: Innocent & Plucking

Smiling with her friends, Brie shook her head laughing at something a girl named Emma said.

"I think we are fortunate," Brie replied but didn't stop there, "I've heard what headmistress Stephanie said about boys. I think we are quite lucky to be sheltered from those sorts of things. It's really not safe," she finished.

Emma and Alicia both rolled their eyes at her. She was always the naive girl. "That's just because, Stephanie-"

Brie gasped, cutting off Emma, "Headmistress," she corrected Alicia who rolled her eyes whilst Emma shook her head.

"Headmistress," Alicia stated looking at Brie as if to say 'happy now' and Brie surely was as she nodded. Alicia rolled her eyes and continued, "That's just because she is bitter her husband cheated on her and she can't get out of the marriage," Alicia stated and Emma fully supported the other girl.

Brie sighed, "I think it's sad. I feel sorry for her. She is such a strong woman. I can't possibly marry someone, knowing I can't leave them, because leaving them means breaking a promise. And what if they are as bad to me as Hunter is to her? I'd have to stay and endure it because I made a promise," Brie sighed, "Marriage scares me the most."

Emma and Alicia felt for her, they really did, but at the same time, they were annoyed by her childlike thoughts. "Brie, you can divorce someone," Emma pointed out to her in an almost bored tone.

Brie's eyes widened. "That'd be unethical. I shall not!" She gawked. Emma and Alicia both just looked at each other and gave up with a sigh. Brie just looking at them, outraged.

"Fine," Alicia spoke, "Let's change the topic. Anyone excited for the ball next week?" She asked and instantly Emma made a gagging sound, Alicia laughed.

"No. Balls are supposed to have boys. And making out and hooking up!" Emma began her rant, "All we are going to have is punch -sorry, non sugar punch. And stupid child like decoration and probably drills to do while at the ball! Plus I'm sure they'd be looking at us like Hawks!" Emma pulled her hair in frustration of just the thought.

Alicia laughing at her friend's grievances. "Brie?"

Brie heard her name and looked up, she was confused. "What do you need to make out? I'm sure the lighting would be good enough to see everything clear enough. Do you need glasses? And hooking up to what?"

Innocence should have been Brie's name instead. She really knew nothing. Emma should have been shocked but she was just done. "You're right Brie. I'm sure the lighting would be fine and no, I don't need glasses. But maybe you do."

Brie corked her head at her. "Why? I passed the eye sight test given just yesterday. My eyes feel the same and I see the same. Surely, I don't need them anymore than I did yesterday."

Alicia just rest her head in her hands. Brie was a lot of work. "You see items. But you fail to see. To actually see, the life around you. You are blinded by what you think you see. By what you think is actually there." Emma told hoping she can open her friend's eyes.

Brie wasn't dumb, she knew Emma was metaphorically speaking but she didn't know what she meant. "Okay," she settled on saying, not wanting to argue. Emma just looked at her in pleading way like she just wants to help her and hold her and shake some sense into her but she couldn't.

Alicia seeing all of this decided to cut the tension. "I'm happy to go. The food will be great!" The chocolate skinned girl said.

Typing away on her computer, Stephanie was busy doing work and making sure everything was where it was supposed to be. Well, everything and everyone. Smiling, when she saw that 95% percent of the school was receiving straight A's. She was proud to boast. She also yearning to reach out and smack those children who didn't, and she would, soon enough.

"I told you to knock before enter-," Stephanie's angry words falter, when she looked up and saw who opened and entered without so much as a knock. Smirking, at her reaction the man shut the door behind him, making his way to sit in front of her. "What are you doing here?" She asked the now sitting man.

"We made a deal. And I'm here to receive my end," He told with a smile but the malice was there.

Stephanie shut her laptop, looking at him clearly. "I don't know what you speak of," she tried to lie, and she pulled it off, quite well. But he knew, she was lying, after all she did make a deal with him.

"Please," he laughed at her attempt to wiggle out of it. "We made a deal that if I poisoned your husband with an untraceable poison, that'd slowly kill him, you'd give me anything I want. And I made it clear I don't want money. So hang onto your tits there."

Stephanie's eyes widen as she leaned in to look at him as if he was deranged. "I have no idea what you speak of! And lower your voice!" She whisper yelled.

Rolling his eyes, he shook his head, he had grown annoyed of her denial. He has shit to take care of and sitting there, arguing with Stephanie is not one. "Listen, I have proof that I can give to police and have you jailed for life or a long period of years. Now, you can either stop playing or I let the police make you confess. Pick," he laid down the rules.

Breathing heavily, she looked at him, a small smile reaching her lips. "I didn't call nor text you, therefor you don't have shit to tell or show the police." Stephanie conquest. She knew why didn't call nor texted him, because she didn't want anything to be traced back to her.

He laughed, he knew that was why she did what she did. He wasn't dumb. He couldn't have been, with his job. "No, but we did meet up and I had my men take pictures," Stephanie shrugged, pictures proved nothing. He leaned in dramatically, "Plus I was wearing a mic. I caught every word you said, quite clearly."

Stephanie's eyes widened as her nose flared, he laughed. "C'mon Stephanie. I'm Roman Reigns, I can't afford to be stupid." Roman bragged, and if looks could kill he'd be done for.

"How much money do you want?" She had stopped playing without confessing. Roman winked at her.

"In our deal, I told you I didn't want money. I already have loads of it," Roman leaned back in his chair, comfortably, with a menacing look.

Stephanie rolled her blue eyes at him. "I know and that's much worse. I don't know what your sick ass wants. I'm not being your sex slave if that's what you want," she scoffed. A look of disgust on her face.

Roman's eyes widen as he began to laugh. He couldn't have believe she thought that, that was what he would have done all that for. "No. Don't pride yourself," Roman replied and Stephanie gave him a death glare, offended and annoyed. "I'd rather have one your daughter's for that job," Roman messed with her.

Stephanie went pale, she may have wanted her husband dead but never would she do that to her children, no way. "I'd go to jail and to hell before I make that happen. Do you hear me? !" Stephanie shouted, now standing looking at him right in his eyes.

Roman titled his head mockingly with a laugh. "Calm your tits. I don't want your children. Well, not your blood ones, of course." Roman revealed what he wanted, Stephanie sneered at him shaking her head. Relieved a bit that it wasn't her birth kids he wanted, she sat down. Roman all too causally watching her as if all this was normal. And to him, it was.

"Those girls are innocent Roman. I won't have them be your sex slave. You can have a teacher or two if you want." Stephanie tried.

Roman has had enough of the sex slave talk. "Look at me," he pointed to himself, cockily. "Do you really think I need to force or pay someone to have sex with me. As rich as I am, girls still try to pay me to have sex with them. Not the other way around. Plus I'm above rape. So," he shrugged. And he was being honest. He was many things, a rapist wasn't one.

"Then what do you want one of my girls for?" Stephanie asked.

"Don't pretended to care Stephanie. It's none of your business. Just hand a girl over to me and I'd leave you alone. We can shake on that. Anymore questions and I just might release more hell on your family and yourself." Roman told darkly as he winked.

Stephanie inhaled, glaring at him. She was thinking and she was thinking hard about it. She wasn't one to accept defeat easily. But does she have a next choice? "Which one?" She submitted and Roman grinned hugely.

"Well, I don't know. How about I go and take a look around and we shall pick," Roman stated.

"You. You shall pick, I want no part of your plucking out fresh meat plan," Stephanie clarified and Roman laughed, that was fair enough.
