Who was this person, and why is she here?

"I'm Lunala. A Legendary Pokemon. And you are?" This woman, Lunala, asked. "I... I'm Azuki Iruka...-- W-WAIT! YOU'RE THE LUNALA?! What's going on?!" I said, panicked.

"Oh my... You have a lot to learn. Alright, let me start off with a simple explanation of why I am here. I am a legendary Pokemon, sent here by lord Arceus to seek someone worthy of being a chosen." She spoke.

"Chosen?" I asked. She nodded with a slight smile. "A chosen is a special person who has partnered with a legendary Pokemon to take down the five cults." She explained. "A legendary lends their chosen assistance, and together, they form an unbreakable bond, and a powerful alliance between humans and Pokemon as well." She continued.

"Now, the legendaries usually position themselves in a place that's important to the person they are seeking. But, in your case... It was somewhere new that had piqued your interest. Which is why I am here." She spoke, walking around.

"Now, keep in mind that we are not the only chosen pair in Alola. Which means that if we find other chosen pairs, we can team up with them and take down cults more efficiently." She said, with a smile.

"Wait, so... What you said... Would mean that I'm a Chosen?" I asked, as she nodded. "You and I shall team up, as per Arceus' request." She bowed.

"So, Azuki Iruka, would you be willing to team up with me?" She asked, holding out her hand. "Uh... Sure?" I grinned sheepishly, shaking her hand. "You have no idea what's going on, do you?" She asked, raising an eyebrow, as I let go of her hand.

I shook my head no. "I mean, I caught the main points, but... If you an I are a chosen pair, does that mean that we'll have to fight other people?" I asked, as she nodded. "Absolutely. But the people we fight are cultists-- People who want to take over the world. They attempt to summon the legendary Pokemon themselves to get their assistance, but... They are very rarely successful in that process." She said quietly.

"There is a very small possibility that other chosen in the area will attack us on contact, but other chosen are usually pretty compatible with others." She said reassuringly.

"Hm... It's getting dark out..." Lunala spoke, looking up at the sky, which now had a sunrise. "Dark? The sun is rising, though." I said, as she sighed. "Time at this temple is reversed, due to an ancient power." She said, as I nodded in understanding.

"Shall we go?" She asked. I nodded again.

As rushed this meeting may have been, I knew that I had gotten involved, and there was no way to escape my current situation.

All I could do was cooperate, and fight against the cults.

<Azuki's House • Malie City>

"Here we are." I said, as we both walked into my cozy house. I took my shoes off at the door before walking any further. "Huh. This house seems a tad... Empty... But it's a fairly nice place." Lunala said, glancing around my living room.

"Well, I moved in just last year, so I haven't gotten a chance to decorate." I smiled sheepishly. "Surely one year would be enough time to decorate, yes?" She asked again, sitting down on the couch. "Mmm... Yeah, I guess." I said, nodding.

"Hm..." She said, looking around. "Something wrong?" I asked. "I seem to be parched. Have you anything to drink?" She asked, as I stood up. "Yeah, what would you like?" I replied, as she smiled. "One cup of Roseli Berry Tea. Oh, and some Pecha Berry Scones." She said eagerly.

"Uh....?" I said, baffled.

Lunala seemed very kind, and understanding...

But her taste in food, well...

It's that of a queen.

"What is the matter?" She asked, tilting her head to the side. "Uh... It's just... I have neither of those things..." I spoke nervously.

"Well, if you have nothing the client requested, then you must list what you currently have available. Otherwise, the client may request something that you may not have." She informed.

"Uh... Let's see... I have... Uh..." I said, thinking. "I'll go check." I said, As she politely nodded. I ran to the kitchen, opening the fridge. Water(of course), Milk, Orange Juice, and other food items were on the shelves.

I closed the fridge, and walked back into the living room to see Lunala reading the book I had checked out earlier today. "Hm... How coincidental..." She said, looking up at me, and closing the book.

"I have water, milk, and orange juice." I said. "Hm..." She said, tapping the book she had closed. "Water, I suppose." She said with a sigh. "Sorry, I have to go shopping tomorrow." I said, walking back to the kitchen, and filling a clean glass with water.

"Here." I gave her the glass. "My thanks." She smiled. "Now, may I ask why you have books about me and my dear friend Solgaleo?" She laughed. "I... Uh... Long story." I said.
