- 1 : The Temple In The Meadow -
...
I was walking through a meadow filled with all sorts of red colored flowers.
There were raised wooden walkways that led throughout the meadow.
There was a small passage way behind a flock of red flowers on the north-eastern part of the field.
It led to a temple.
I walked through the temple, dust fell from the ceilings every now and then.
I reached the end of the temple's narrow stone hallway, and...
"...!" I woke up from my sleep. "Ugh..." I sat up, trying to shake off my slight headache. I got out of bed, and stretched.
I walked into my bathroom. I gazed at myself. I was, and looked half asleep, and my blonde hair was a mess. I yawned, and walked over to the shower.
I turned on the water, and cringed slightly due to its chilly temperature. I adjusted the knob, and eventually warm water began pouring out of the shower's nozzle.
I took off my pajamas, and hopped into the shower.
My name is Azuki Iruka.
17, Not a fan of mornings, usually pretty chill, huge bookworm.
Yep. Completely average.
Once I was finished taking a shower, I grabbed a towel, and walked out into my bedroom. I changed into my clothes that I had got out of my dresser. I walked back into the bathroom, and brushed my teeth, as well as my hair.
I've recently moved to the Alola region last year.
Being originally from another region, I still have to get used to the overall style of the people here.
But other than that it's a very welcoming place. The people are all smiles, and it's very fun.
I managed to get a small house in Malie City. The style and overall feel of the architecture reminds me of my hometown, Ecruteak city.
"Now that that's out of the way... I think I'm going to take a walk." I said, smiling at myself in the mirror. I got my sneakers on, grabbed my books, and walked out of the house.
I decided to pay a visit to the library. I had to return the books I had checked out last week. I walked inside, and took a deep breath. Malie city's library was jam packed with hundreds of thousands of books. It was paradise!
"Hello, Miss Azuki. Are you here to return your books?" The lady at the desk kindly smiled, as I walked over to her. "Yeah, here they are." I smiled back, setting the books on the counter. She picked up the scanner, and scanned the barcodes.
"You're really into the history of Alola, aren't you?" She chuckled, as I nodded. "Yes, it's drastically different from the history in Johto. It's very interesting." I nodded.
"I'm going to browse." I said, as she nodded. I walked towards the stairs to the second floor, getting more excited every step I took. Once I reached the top of the stairs, I darted towards one of the shelves against the walls.
"Let's see... Hm? What's this one?" I raised an eyebrow, as I pulled a book off of the shelf. I walked towards the table, and sat down. I brushed the dust off of the cover, and read the title. "'The Origins Of Lunala; Alola's Protector', huh?" I read it aloud.
I read the first few pages, then I decided to check it out. After I got the book, I dropped it off at home, then decided to continue my walk.
<Timeskip!~>
After what seemed like forever, I had reached Ula'Ula Meadow. Just then, I had a flash of Deja Vu...
'Why does this place seem so familiar?' I thought, walking over the raised wooden walkways that led to the other side of the meadow.
I saw a small passageway to my right, that most definitely wasn't the exit of the meadow. 'Where does that way lead...?' I asked myself, as I walked through the patch of flowers in front of the passageway. I squeezed through the branches and trunks of trees, and stumbled upon a temple.
"I... Don't remember seeing this on the map of the island...." I said, puzzled, as I walked towards its entrance.
I walked inside of the temple, only to be in a long, stone hallway. One thing that surprised me was the fact that it looked like it was nighttime outside. Looking through the holes in the walls, I saw stars sparkling in the midnight black sky.
'I could've sworn it was only noon when I got here...' I thought. I began walking through the hallway. Eventually, walking had turned into running. After an eternity of running, I reached the end of the hallway.
I felt a wave of familiarity wash over me. At the end of the hallway was a ruined room, with no roof. There was a gigantic circular platform in the center.
"Well, well..." I heard a woman's voice. I looked around, and spotted a woman with long, starry hair standing in the center of the platform.
I took a few steps onto the platform, and she spun around to face me. She had a spiky golden crown on her head, and wore a white dress, with a golden trim. It was slitted on the left side, and the inside of the dress had matched her galaxy hair, as well as her black thigh high boots with golden heels.
She opened her eyes, and stared into mine.
"Who... Are you?" We both asked.
