Paige was born January 27th, 1998 to Evan and Lenora Travis. Her "Supernatural" counterpart was born around the same time in 1985. In real life, Paige is an only child. While he never physically hurt her, Evan was verbally abusive and made fun of her regardless of what activities she took to please him. When Paige asked for her mom's help, Lenora (who grew up in a strict, religious household) told her to obey him. When it came time for Paige to apply to college, Evan pushed her into choosing his alma mater, Emory University, despite wanting to go to NYU. She decided to rebel against her father by choosing creative writing as her major, instead of teaching like he wanted. She cut off contact with her family after the beginning of her sophomore year of college.

In 2018, a fire started in the dorm room next to hers and it quickly spread throughout the building. She was able to save her roommate, Jodi Larkin, but she fell out the window and fell about two stories. She woke up in the apartment that Supernatural character Sam Winchester shared with his girlfriend Jessica Moore. She found out that she was placed as Jessica's younger sister. That night, she met Sam's brother, Dean, and hid herself in the Impala under a blanket when they left. She was discovered after they heard her laughing. Sam planned to drive her back to LA, but Dean convinced him otherwise. She helped Sam defeat the Woman in White and went back with him to the apartment, where they witnessed Jessica's death, which was similar to Sam and Dean's mother's death. Sam decided to go back to hunting, with Paige joining them.

Paige is intelligent, creative, and empathetic. After she spends the next three years hunting with the Winchester brothers, she becomes almost like a soldier. Even so, she keeps her fun side and is very flirty with both of the brothers, though it's usually just a joke when it comes to Dean. There are also times when she is very blunt and doesn't think before she speaks, but she does apologize when she offends someone.

At the beginning of the "Crash and Burn" series, she is 20 years old. She has medium, slightly wavy brown hair. She has dark brown eyes.

Her theme is "Rose's Theme" from Doctor Who.
