Olivia Ivy Ainsley was born on June 20th, 1977 to Lionel and Samantha Ainsley. She has an older sister, Tabitha, and a younger brother, Basil. Tabitha is married to Ruben Blum and they have three children: Anna, Benjamin, and Nicholas. At the age of 19, Olivia published her first book: a fantasy novel called "Opus University," which was split into two books.

While close to her family, Olivia is fiercely independent. When the Eleventh Doctor (as John Noble) met her, she was this perky, sweet, talkative, creative girl that not afraid to speak her mind. After John returns to being the Doctor, she doesn't let herself be intimidated by whatever threats she faces and isn't afraid to hurt anyone if it means it'll keep the Doctor, Selene, Clara, and her family safe. When pushed too far, she can be very brash and loud... which she's not very proud of as she thinks it makes her sound like her Aunt Eleanor.
