In the kingdom of Equinaro, Queen Reigna was out for a walk with King Orpheus, when the Hearts of Beauty suddenly changed from purple to blue, meaning a boy was in need of a special friend.

"Shall we consult the Equinary, my queen?" Orpheus said.

"Let the Heart Bell ring so all of Equinaro knows the Ride of Love will soon begin." Queen Reigna said.

And so, the Heart Bell was rung. The entire kingdom heard and was excited to hear that another pony would be sent for someone who needed them.

Queen Reigna stood before the Equinary and closed her eyes as she called to it,

"Equinary, show me the boy. Which pony is right to bring him love and joy?" Queen Reigna asked.

The Equinary opened to show a picture of young Boba Fett-Skywalker, who apparently was feeling anxious. According to the Equinary, the poor boy was scared to be around other kids and wasn't sure how to open himself up to anyone else after his past doing terrible things. Queen Reigna recognized the boy's name and recalled the situation he'd been in previously.

"Not to worry, Young Boba." Reigna said. "Equinary, which pony is right for him?"

But, the Equinary didn't give an answer as to which pony was Boba's. Instead, it had a message:

Just to hand a horse to this boy

Will not create pure love and joy

To find the right equine,

The perfect horse,

the child must come to the kingdom

and let true beauty run its course

And then, the Equinary showed a picture of a place in Equinaro known as Musicorn Meadow, the part of Equinaro where musicorns gathered to make music together and have dance parties.

This was a semi-rare occurrence with the Equinary. Normally, it knew just the right horse for each child in need. Only twenty times in Equinaro's known history has the Equinary ever decided that the child must find his or her horse.

Meanwhile, back in the Temple, Boba still stood in the Council Chamber, when blue sparkles suddenly started to surround him.

"What's going on?" Boba asked, getting a little scared.

"Carousella?" Anakin asked.

"It's not me," said Carousella, shaking her head.

"Me neither," Gabby said, raising her hands.

Boba tried to run away from the magic sparkles, but they kept coming at him. And as more of the sparkles started to surround Boba, and Gabby quickly grabbed onto her brother, and Carousella jumped in just as the sparkles made them all disappear.

And soon, Carousella, Gabby, and Boba all found themselves in the presence of Queen Reigna.

"Oh, hello, Carousella. Hello, Gabby." Reigna said. "I didn't realize you would be arriving in Equinaro."

"Neither did we," said Gabby, getting up and dusting herself off. "Oh, you haven't met my brother. Boba, this is Reigna Saddleheart, the Queen of Equinaro."

"It's nice to meet you, Young Boba." Reigna smiled.

Boba bowed. "Likewise, Your Majesty."

"Why were we brought here?" Carousella asked. "And could we please get a bit of a heads up next time?"

"Believe it or not, this has to do with the Ride of Love Ceremony." Queen Reigna explained.

Queen Reigna showed the children the pages in the Equinary that showed that Boba was the child in need of an Equinaro pony, but in some rare occurrence, the Equinary decided that Boba needed to choose his pony.

"So, Boba gets to pick his pony instead of the Equinary choosing for him?" Gabby asked. "I still would've picked Carousella."

"But I don't even know how to take care of a horse." Boba said.

"But you can learn," said Reigna. "Besides, the Ride of Love isn't the same thing as adopting a pet. It's more of a celebration of unlocking the true beauty behind finding a friend who is true inside and out, to put it simply. The Equinary knows that you need a friend, but it's ultimately up to you to find your pony in this case, potentially because according to the Equinary, you've proven to be incredibly shy and uncertain how to make friends."

Boba looked down and hugged his lion. "It's true. I actually am pretty shy. I've never had any real friends either. Except my sister and Carousella."

"But wait," said Gabby. "There's like a bazillion ponies in Equinaro. How's Boba supposed to know which one is his?"

"That's for his heart to decide," said Reigna.

"What do you mean?" Boba asked, confused.

"In cases such as this, when a child searches for their right equine, they feel a sort of spark when they meet the right one. The right equine for you should be one who makes you happy, who speaks to you most, and unlocks a side of you that even you might not have realized existed. And, it's a good thing your sister and her pony have accompanied you here because the Equinary has given one clue to where your pony will be."

Reigna showed them the book. Carousella recognized that area. Musicorn Meadow. That was where her father was from. General Armorous Mareheart might not have looked like it, but he was a very musical alicorn, mostly one who specialized in love songs, which was how he attracted his mate and Carousella's mother, Lavendera. Carousella and her family would visit there a lot when she was a small filly, and she learned how to really channel her musical side in ways she never thought possible.

"First things first, however," Reigna said. "I'm going to send word to your parents that the two of you are here. In the meantime, Carousella, you may begin escorting the children to Musicorn Meadow to commence the search for Boba's horse."

Carousella bowed and said, "With pleasure, my queen."

Carousella fetched her brother Crescent, who was fully recovered from his feather flu now, and he gave Boba a ride on his back, while Gabby rode Carousella. They took flight to get to Musicorn Meadow in style.

"So, a big brother now, huh?" Crescent said, starting a conversation with the human boy. "That's a pretty big deal."

"I know." Boba said.

"How does it feel?"

"I don't know. I've only been one for about a week." Boba shrugged. "I'm not even sure what I'm supposed to do."

"Well, luckily you're riding a pegasus who happens to be a big brother with a little sister himself. First thing you gotta know is that it's not always an easy job. Some younger siblings can get a little annoying sometimes, but it's only because they look up to their older sibling. They'll copy what you do, they'll always wanna be around you, and you'll often be the first person they ask to play with them. Ultimately, your biggest job is setting an example for them because your parents will usually take advantage of having the older sibling be a babysitter for the younger ones, depending on the ages. It has good days and hard days, but at the end of each one, you always love your little brother or sister, and they'll always love you."

"Here we are!" Carousella exclaimed as they came upon Musicorn meadow. The kids looked in awe at the amazing area. There were hills of lush green grass with flower gardens in the shapes of notes and musical instruments. And all around, there were musicorns of all different colors, some with wings, some without wings, and all of them played different music and tunes from their horns.

There were musicorns who played classical music from their horns, musicorns who played pop and hip-hop, musicorns who conducted instruments in an entire orchestra, musicorns who could change their voices like in autotune, and even musicorns who could make dance remixes from their horns.

"How am I ever gonna choose just one?" Boba asked, looking at all the musicorns.

"Don't worry, I know a musicorn who's an expert on all things music and musicorns." Carousella said.

The ponies landed, and they approached a stage, where there were two earth ponies. One was a light purple stallion with plum hair, and he was wearing a black top hat as he practiced tap dancing, and the other was a small pink filly with a curly mane, and she was wearing a purple tutu as she practiced doing ballet.

"Hey, Dance Step. Twinkle Toes." Carousella called.

"Hey, Carousella." Dance Step greeted, stopping.

Carousella introduced the humans to her pony friends and explained to Dance Step that they were looking for some pony named Remix.

"Do you know where he is?" Carousella asked.

"No, sorry." said Dance Step.

"Maybe he's in the Karaoke Cave." Twinkle Toes suggested. "You know he loves karaoke."

"Thanks, guys." Crescent said.

And so, the two kids and their ponies rode off to Karaoke Cave, which was in a larger hill, and inside, sure enough, there were ponies dancing and singing karaoke. It all looked like so much fun.

"Which one's Remix?" Gabby asked.

Then, they saw a blue gray unicorn on stage. He had a long, kind of scruffy black mane streaked with blue, and he wore cool sunglasses.

"What up, Musicorns?" The unicorn said. "Remix in the house!"

"That's him." said Carousella and Crescent.

Everyone seemed excited as Remix announced some new tunes coming up. Judging by his voice, Remix sounded like a teenager, about thirteen maybe. But then, the unicorn noticed someone in the crowd.

"Well, who do we have here? Carousella and Crescent." Remix greeted. "Auto-Mix. Mind takin' over for me?"

And so, another musicorn took over, and Remix came to greet the new guests.

"Remix, this is my friend, Princess Gabriella Skywalker and her new adopted brother Boba." Carousella introduced. "Boba, Gabby. Meet my cousin Remix."

"A pleasure, dear princess." Remix said with a bow. "And nice to meet you too, Boba. Up top!"

Remix lifted his hoof and let Gabby give him a high-five, and tried to do the same with Boba, but Boba jumped back, scared of getting hit.

"Whoa. A bit jumpy, isn't he?" Remix said, pulling down his glasses, revealing his dark grey eyes underneath.

"That's why we came for you, cous." Crescent said. "Queen Reigna said the Equinary told her that Boba needs to choose his horse for the Ride of Love Ceremony this time around, and his right horse is somewhere here in Musicorn Meadow."

"We thought since you know the most about all the musicorns here," said Carousella. "You'd be the best pony to help find Boba's pony."

"Well, then, let's go find him his horse, by all means." Remix smiled coolly.

And so, they set out to find Boba's horse.
