"Master, General Grievous's ship is directly ahead," said Anakin as he piloted his fighter into battle. "the one crawling with vulture droids.

"Oh, I see it." said Obi-Wan, his tone changing to sarcasm. "Oh, this is going to be easy."

"Save the sarcasm for later, Obi-Wan." Peppermint said over the comm.

Gabby, Carousella, Sapphire, and Peppermint were all riding a separate ship that was being driven by another astromech droid, as the horses were not trained pilots of ships, and Gabby was still too young to pilot it herself.

"Just be ready when we land and try to get in touch with Mila." Obi-Wan instructed before changing the channel. "Odball, do you copy?"

"Copy, Red Leader." said Oddball over the headset.

"Mark my position. Form your squad up behind me."

"We're on your tail, General Kenobi."

And per Oddball's instruction, S-foils were set in attack positions.

"This is where the fun begins." smiled Anakin.

"Let them pass between us." said Obi-Wan.

"Move to the right so I can get a clear shot at them." Anakin said.

And so, the fun began.

However, the clone squad was quickly met with trouble as droids were all over them.

"I'm gonna go help them out." Anakin declared, but Obi-Wan objected.

"No, they are doing their job so we can do ours." said the older Jedi.

Just then, Anakin spotted something headed right toward them.

"Missiles! Pull up."

The missiles flew right around the Jedi.

"They overshot us." said Obi-Wan.

"They're coming around." Anakin said, noticing the missiles coming back.

Obi-Wan's astromech R4 beeped to his master, and Obi-Wan said, "No, no, no, no- No, nothing too fancy."

Meanwhile, the girls got in touch with Mila.

"Any progress on detecting your sister, Mila?" Gabby asked.

Mila typed in some codes on a computer and strengthened the signal on her machine as the hair she got from Rosella's lost hairbrush was scanned.

"Scanning now." Mila said. "I'll send you the coordinates as soon as they load."

"Well, hurry." said Carousella. "The party's kinda wild on our end."

Anakin had R2 reverse the thrusters to blast the missiles behind them, blasting them into oblivion.

"We got 'em, R2." Anakin chuckled.

R2 beeped and whistled victoriously.

Obi-Wan, meanwhile, kept steering his ship. He still hated flying, but if he had to choose between flying a ship or a flying horse, he'd pick the horse.

"Flying is for droids." Obi-Wan groaned. And inconveniently, he got a visit from some little friends. "I'm hit. Anakin?"

"I see them. Buzz droids." said Anakin.

"Gabby? How's your ride?"

"It's clean." Gabby answered.

"You always have it easy, girls." Anakin chuckled.

The buzz droids began eating away and messing with Obi-Wan's ship like robotic gremlins.

"Those things are like gremlins, except made of metal." Sapphire groaned.

Unfortunately, the buzz droids took out R4.

"Oh dear." said Obi-Wan. He contacted Anakin again. "They're shutting down the controls."

"Move to the right so I can get a clear shot at them." Anakin said.

"The mission." Obi-Wan reminded Anakin. "Get to the command ship. Get the chancellor. I'm running out of tricks here."

Anakin tried shooting the buzz droids anyway, but only succeeded in nearly shooting Obi-Wan down

"Oh, in the name of-" Obi-Wan groaned. "Hold your fire! You're not helping here."

"I agree." said Anakin. "Bad idea."

Suddenly, Obi-Wan's cockpit started fogging.

"I can't see a thing. My cockpit's fogging."

"Hold it still." Anakin said. He had another idea, but it would be difficult while piloting his ship.

Anakin started growing vines on Obi-Wan's fighter and made them grab the buzz droids and toss them away like garbage. But then, another buzz droid landed on Anakin's ship.

"Hit the droid's center eye, R2!" Obi-Wan said.

And R2 did just that, making the droid fly off into space.

"Yeah, you got him!" Anakin cheered.

"Great R2." Obi-Wan said.

Anakin suddenly spotted something as the girls' ship caught up to them.

"The general's command ship is just straight ahead." Anakin said, only for their ships to be shot at again.

"Well, have you noticed the shields are still up?" Obi-Wan pointed out.

"Sorry, Master."

The Jedi blasted the sides of the command ship's entrance, taking out the shield, but making a solid door close.

"Oh, I have a bad feeling about this." Obi-Wan said.

"Hold onto your hats!" Gabby exclaimed, holding tight to her seat and her hair bow.

And just in the nick of time, the Jedi and their horses all got their ships on board the command ship, popped open the cockpits or doors and jumped in to fight the battle droids they came across.

"There they are. Get them." said a battle droid.

But together, Obi-Wan and Anakin took down many droids with their lightsabers. Gabby, Anakin, and the horses, also used magic to fight more droids and watch each other's backs.

"R2, locate the chancellor." Obi-Wan said.

Suddenly, Mila contacted Gabby on her communicator.

"I've got the results. The coordinates match closely with your location."

"R2, scan these coordinates and see if Rosella is on board." Gabby instructed.

R2 connected himself to the command ship's signals, and pulled up a holo-map of the ship.

"The chancellor's signal is coming from right there, the observation platform at the top of that spire." said Obi-Wan.

"What about Rosella?" Carousella asked.

R2 beeped and switched to the coordinates Mila sent. They matched the location of the chancellor's signal.

"Rosella's on the ship too!" Anakin said. "Looks like we'll be bringing her home. But... I sense Count Dooku."

"So do I." Gabby said, suddenly getting chills.

"I sense a trap." said Obi-Wan.

"Next move?" said Peppermint.

"Set the trap." Obi-Wan said.

"R2, go back. I need you and Sapphire to stay with the ship." Anakin said.

"Here." Obi-Wan said, taking out a communicator. "Take this and wait for orders."

"Be careful out there." Sapphire said.

The Jedi and two unicorns came to the elevators.

"Daddy!" Gabby suddenly exclaimed, looking behind them.

"Destroyers!" Anakin said.

The Jedi quickly ignited their lightsabers, and began deflecting shots, while Gabby pulled up an energy shield and Carousella blasted her magic. And the group backed up slowly into the elevator, only to run into more battle droids.

"Drop your weapons. I said drop 'em."

Those droids only ended up destroyed too.

"For battle droids, they're pretty ill-prepared." Carousella said.

The rescue team began to take the elevator to the chancellor's position, but the elevator suddenly stopped.

"Did you push the stop button?" Obi-Wan asked Anakin.

"No. Did you?" said Anakin.

"No."

"Gabby?" The men asked the little girl at the same time.

"Not guilty."

"Don't look at us horses." Peppermint said.

Anakin looked up and said, "Well, there's more than one way out of here."

Anakin started to slice the elevator roof with his lightsaber.

"We don't want to get out of here. We want to get moving." said Obi-Wan, activating his communicator. "R2, activate elevator 31174."

Except, Obi-Wan didn't realize his voice echoed where R2 was. Luckily, R2 muffled the sound.

"R2, we-"

The roof Anakin sliced fell and would've injured Carousella if Peppermint hadn't shot at it and turned it into a bunch of marshmallows.

"Sweet thinking, Peppermint." Carousella said, flying first through the hole as Anakin grew a vine to act as a climbing rope and climbed out, Gabby following.

"Always on the move." Obi-Wan and Peppermint sighed.

Suddenly, the elevator went down as R2 finally activated it. Luckily, Anakin and Gabby both brought out their own wings to keep themselves up, and Carousella spread hers as well.

"R2! Next time a heads up please?" Peppermint scolded into the comm.

"Speaking of which." Obi-Wan said. "R2, we need to be going up, not down."

And the elevator did stop, making the Jedi and unicorn both lose their balance and fall down, Peppermint's mane getting in Obi-Wan's face. Surprisingly, it smelled like candy canes despite the battle they just experienced.

Soon, the three flyers flew back down as the elevator came back up.

Obi-Wan activated his lightsaber as he was startled by Anakin's sudden entrance.

"Oh, it's you."

"What happened, Uncle Obi-Wan?" Gabby asked, hanging upside-down from the hole they previously exited from.

"Well," said Obi-Wan. "R2 has been-"

"Uh, no loose wire jokes." Anakin interrupted.

"Did I say anything?"

"He's trying."

"I didn't say anything."

Gabby giggled. Her father and uncle always made her laugh somehow.

Soon, the rescue team found the room where Chancellor Palpatine was being held. The room seemed to be completely empty.

Carousella sniffed the air.

"I smell a rat." She said, trying to imitate Vivian's growl.

The Jedi walked up to the Chancellor.

"Chancellor, are you alright?" Obi-Wan asked.

"Count Dooku." said Palpatine.

Speak of the devil.

Everyone looked back to the entrance of the room to see Count Dooku come in. And he wasn't alone. With him was a little girl they recognized from the photo the Madrigals showed them.

"Rosella!" Gabby exclaimed.

"This time we will do it together." Obi-Wan told his former Padawan.

"I was about to say that."

Dooku flipped over the balcony, ready to fight, and Rosella jumped down, walking down a staircase of random musical instruments she made with each step.

"Get help." said the Chancellor. "You're no match for him. He's a Sith lord and armed with a magical child."

"Chancellor Palpatine, Sith lords are our specialty." said Obi-Wan.

"And magical creatures are ours." Carousella said.

"Your swords please," said Dooku. "We don't want to make a mess of things in front of the chancellor."

"You won't get away this time, Dooku." Obi-Wan said. "Release Rosella Madrigal."

"You misunderstand, Jedi. She is under my control now." Dooku said. "Isn't that right, dear Rosie?"

"Yes, Count Dooku, Your Grace." Rosella said, still under her trance.

"The Jedi ignited their lightsabers and began fighting Dooku, while the girls tried to get Rosella, only for the girl to run and start to bring in many musical instruments, ready to attack.

"I have been looking forward to this." said Dooku as he held the two Jedi's lightsabers against his.

"My powers have doubled since the last time we met, Count." said Anakin.

"Good. Twice the pride, double the fall." Dooku smirked. "Only this time, I have a little girl of my own to fight against yours. Rosella, now!"

Rosella sang really loud and high to summon her instruments to attack.

Cymbals flew in like frisbees that would slice someone's head off if they didn't duck in time, drums rolled across the floor, Anakin nearly got whacked by a guitar, and Rosella got a tuba to blow at Obi-Wan's face, distracting him long enough for Dooku to knock him to the floor where the former fell unconscious.

Carousella fought against the droids while Peppermint went for Obi-Wan. Gabby, all the while, was trying to get close enough to Rosella to try and break Morpha's spell.

"I sense great fear in you, Skywalker." said Dooku. "You have hate. You have anger. But you don't use them."

Anakin could see clearly that Dooku was just trying to get into his head. And while the count wasn't looking, Anakin stomped on Dooku's foot.

Dooku dropped his lightsaber as he jumped in pain, holding his foot.

"You clearly don't know everything you learn when you have kids." said Anakin, picking up the sith's lightsaber. And he caught Dooku in a bunch of vines and let Carousella take charge of him, as she held the cuffs made specifically for Force-wielders.

However, Rosella kept on fighting everyone around her... until Gabby wrapped a vine around her mouth and her body to keep her from singing.

"Force, please let this work." Gabby begged, making a ball of water appear in her hand.

Gabby aimed very carefully, and splashed the water right onto Rosella's face. Then, the black butterfly mark suddenly turned into a thin solid, like a sticker peeling off a surface, and it fell to the floor and disappeared.

Rosella blinked and breathed heavily as Gabby carefully unwrapped her from the vines.

"Are you okay?" Anakin said.

"Who are you people?" Rosella whimpered, backing up to the wall. She started to cry again. "I wanna go home."

"Don't be scared. My name is Anakin Skywalker. And that's my daughter Gabby." Anakin said gently. "We're friends with your father. Bruno Madrigal is his name, right?"

Rosella looked up at him, seeing kindness in his eyes.

"He and your big sister Mila are really worried about you especially." Anakin said. "We're going to get you home. But you need to trust me and go with Gabby back to our ship."

Gabby had Rosella take her hand and rush as fast as they could to get to the ship.

"Good, Anakin. Good." Palpatine chuckled. "Kill him. Kill him now."

Dooku looked in horror at the Chancellor.

"I shouldn't." Anakin shook his head. "I can't do that. It's not the Jedi way to take the life of an unarmed individual. But... Carousella, I think Dooku's tired from all this."

Before Dooku could speak, Carousella gave Dooku a kick on the back of his head just strong enough to knock him unconscious.

"He is too dangerous to be kept alive." said the chancellor as though Anakin were crazy.

"He may prove useful." Carousella said, magic spelling the chancellor's restraints off. "But less talk, more get out before more security droids come."

"Peppermint, how's Obi-Wan?" Anakin asked.

"Still KO'ed, but alive." Peppermint said, getting her rider safely on her back.

Peppermint ran to activate her horseshoes and get Obi-Wan to the hangar, where they met the two human girls, as well as Sapphire and R2.

"Good to see you made it out okay." Sapphire said.

Gabby then decided to make a little call.

"Mila, are you there?"

Mila soon got the transmission.

"Gabby, what is it?" Mila said.

"Tell your family the welcome home party can start. We've got Rosella."

That was officially the happiest news Mila had gotten in weeks.

Obi-Wan soon came to once Gabby kissed his head.

"Ugh... what happened?" Obi-Wan asked, still having a slight headache.

"Dooku knocked you out." Gabby said. "But Daddy's getting him and the chancellor out with Carousella's help."

And soon, Anakin arrived with the Chancellor, and carrying an unconscious Dooku over his shoulders.

"He's gonna be doing some serious time now."

"First we gotta get out of here." Sapphire said. "Everyone, hop on our backs."

Anakin brought Dooku on Sapphire, Obi-Wan took the Chancellor onto Peppermint, and Gabby had Rosella ride her on Carousella. Of course, she tied a rope to R2 so they would take him with them too. And on the count of three, the horses ran and magically apparated everyone out to safety.
