Meet Omega

Boba woke up some time after crying himself to sleep, having no clue what time it was. But, the Bad Batchers were all still asleep, so Boba quietly got up and picked up the notebook his family made and did his own research. He knew a lot about his family's powers, but not quite everything.

Gabby never even told him about her book jumping power until two weeks after he first came home. So, who was to say there were things about their magic he didn't even know about? His cousin and sister were still growing in their powers, so there was no telling what might happen with their magic.

Boba took some time to read up on what he didn't know about his family's powers. For one thing, he didn't know Carmine could make music come from anywhere. He could walk across a tile pavement, and you would hear piano music coming from it. Or he could beat on a table, and you'd hear drums.

"Wow." said Boba. "When Uncle Carmine says he can make music from anything, he means it literally."

Boba made sure specially to look at Qui-Gon's chapter. According to him and the history of Solaris' past royal families, he'd inherited King Reginald's main power: super strength. The last thing Boba wanted was to break something from not knowing his own, or rather his grandfather's, strength.

After a while, Boba decided to grab his lion and look around.

Boba walked through the halls, looking around at the halls of the facility. This was where he grew up for the first ten years of his life. It wasn't a luxurious place, but it was a safe roof over his head, and he always had Fuzzy nearby whenever Jango was out on a job.

"Just like old times." Boba told himself.

Boba walked across the floor, and stopped when he heard a piano key sound.

"Whoa."

Boba stepped again, the key sound again. He took a few more steps and found when he thought of a certain sound, it came out with each step. He wondered...

Boba began running around the hall, making more musical sounds come out from the floor as he jumped around and played, and as he started feeling happy, colorful flowers and butterflies started to appear all around. Just like whenever Gabby was happy, she made all those things appear.

But then, Boba quickly realized that if the Kaminoans or other clones saw these plants, they'd suspect something.

"What was that thing they did to make them disappear?" Boba asked himself, thinking hard until he remembered. "Ah! I remember now."

He quickly spread his arms apart, making all the magical plants and butterflies vanish.

"Phew! That could've been worse." Boba sighed with relief.

"Hey!" cried a female voice from around the corner.

Boba heard it and decided to check it out.

Boba looked around a corner, and he saw... Omega!

Omega was on the floor, being picked on by some of the clone cadets.

"What are you gonna do, girly?" said one clone who pushed her farther into the wall.

Boba quickly remembered when he was harassed by two clone cadets on the Endurance ship. Even if he weren't originally on a quest for revenge, it bothered him nonetheless to get bullied. And then he recalled how there was an older girl who picked on him at the Temple when he first arrived. He wasn't about to let Omega get bullied.

"Hey!" Boba shouted angrily, coming around the corner, striding toward the group. "Leave her alone!"

Boba stopped as the three clone cadets looked at him.

"Mind your own business... what's your number?" the cadet asked.

"My name is Boba." he said. "And you'd better leave that girl alone right now!"

Boba stomped one foot hard enough to make a big crack in the floor thanks to Qui-Gon's strength.

"And if we don't?" taunted one.

Boba got angry and made a cloud thunder above him, and then a green vine suddenly wrapped around one of the cadets and threw him across the room as a strong wind began to blow.

"I'll haunt you in your dreams too." Boba said, making his voice sound deeper and scary.

That scared the three bullies away, running and screaming for whoever played the mommy role for them.

Boba made all the magical stuff disappear and approached Omega, offering her his hand.

"Are you okay?" Boba asked.

Omega took his hand. "Yeah." She got up, thanks to his help, and then she hugged him. "Thank you."

Boba hugged back. He suddenly realized something. This was just like what he saw in Bruno's vision. Him helping Omega up and embracing her.

"I guess you already heard, but my name is Boba."

"My name is Omega." said Omega. "I was wondering when you'd come back."

"You... know who I am?" Boba was surprised.

"You don't know who I am?"

"Have we met?"

"I wanted to meet you, but the Kaminoans wouldn't let me."

"How long have you been here?"

"All my life. I'm a medical assistant here. That was how I found out... I have a twin brother. And that was you."

Boba was met with shock. Omega was related to him, he suspected, but it was still shocking. Did Jango know he had a daughter? If he did, why did he never tell Boba?

"Omega, where are you?" called another voice.

"Uh oh. Nala Se's looking for me." Omega said. "Gotta run."

And off Omega ran.

But, Boba suddenly thought about that nightmare he'd had before. What if that was a vision like the ones Anakin had and Omega was in danger?

Boba ran to follow Omega and make sure she was okay, when he suddenly heard his name being called, and he bumped right into Wrecker.

"There you are!" Wrecker exclaimed, picking up the boy and carrying him like a small child.

"Hey! Put me down! Please?" Boba said, not liking being held like that again.

"Boba, you know you can't run off like that." Hunter said. "We have to keep you safe until your family comes for you."

"Come back to our quarters so we can go over the procedure." Tech said, taking Boba's hand.

"According to the royal family's instructions, Kamino is to be a temporary stay, as Lady Morpha may try to send someone else here to retrieve Boba." Tech said, looking at the data pad with the instructions. "After three days, we will rendezvous at these coordinates to meet with an operative, who will bring him to another location and receive further instructions.

Boba did not seem to be paying attention though. He couldn't stop thinking about Omega. What if his dream was about to happen right now and he wasn't there to help Omega?

"Kid! Are you listening?" Crosshair asked.

"Huh? What happened?" Boba asked.

"You don't seem entirely focused." Hunter pointed out. "Something on your mind?"

Boba nodded. "There's this girl-"

"You're in love too?" Wrecker teased.

"No! Gross!" Boba said. "This girl is my sister, and I already have a girlfriend."

"Your sister's back at your home, though." Echo pointed out.'

Boba quickly shook his head. "Not Gabby. This other girl. Her name's Omega, and apparently, she's a twin I didn't know about. At least, that's what she said."

Boba explained to Bad Batch how he ran into Omega and first saw her in a vision of the future and then one of her being hooked up to machines against her will.

The Bad Batch was uncertain of what Boba said, so Tech decided to do some research.

"Mini-R2, I might need some assistance." said Tech.

Meanwhile, General Grievous was with Lady Morpha as she located more Enchanteds who had not yet escaped to Planet Escuela. She followed a particular pattern: Enslave the most powerful ones first, and drain the magic from the rest with the Vacuo scepter.

At this moment, she successfully drained an entire group of wizards and witches of their powers after enslaving the ten most powerful among them with her spell.

"As my army grows, the galaxy grows weaker." Morpha cackled.

"Need I remind you, you are working for the Separatists?" Grievous said. "Lord Sidious has no patience for incompetence."

"Then why does he continue to tolerate you?"

Grievous wheezed and growled in frustration of this rude woman.

"I have all the little powers I need now." Morpha sneered. "Next stop... Naboo."
