A Magical Skywalker-Jinn Miracle
Featured Song: "Celestia's Ballad" from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic
Kara witnessed the entire ordeal with Lady Morpha's hostage holding of her family, and she was too late to stop Lady Morpha from throwing Boba into the ocean. However, as good fortune had it, Boba had given Kara his phone before he went to the pillar.
She began running in the direction Boba was thrown to begin searching for him if there was even a small chance that he was still alive. However, she was quickly met by the sight of the energy shield, meaning she wouldn't be able to get to him. Thus, she hoped that cell phone had good reception here.
Mila struggled in the vines, and so did Tech. Even Wrecker and Luisa couldn't escape them with their brute strength. Isabela tried to do something, only for Morpha to catch her and take her powers too.
Chika tried chewing the vines, but no avail.
"It should've worked. Why didn't it work?" Mila cried, struggling again.
"I don't need any calculations to see that apparently Lady Morpha is stronger than we anticipated." Tech said. He struggled again. "And-agh! Apparently the more we struggle, the tighter our restraints get."
Mila stopped struggling, having already figured that out.
"I dreamed of taking exciting journeys with the love of my life, but this is not what I had in mind." Mila said.
"Both our worlds are unpredictable, it appears." said Tech, and he didn't forget the first half of Mila's sentence. "And I'm the love of your life?"
"I don't know, we haven't even been together half a year." Mila sighed. "Now I worry we may never find the time to figure it out."
Tech managed to lean a little closer. "Does this help?" And he kissed her on her lips.
Mila wasted no time returning that kiss. But, she couldn't help feeling devastated when she heard Lady Morpha enter the room and announce that Boba was dead and the coronation would be resuming.
Somewhere in the waters surrounding Solaris...
Boba floated unconscious in the water below. He made not a single movement, released no breath, and showed no signs of life.
Suddenly... the japor snippet around his wrist began to glow.
Boba found himself in what looked like a very strange place of blue and white.
"Hello?" Boba called, hearing only an echo. "Anyone?"
Boba walked around and looked for someone. Anyone. He had no idea where he was or how he got there.
"Boba?" said a voice.
Boba froze. That was a voice he hadn't heard in over three years.
Boba looked around, and saw a spirit. A spirit of a familiar man Boba hadn't seen since the Battle of Geonosis.
"Dad!" Boba rushed over to the spirit, and to his surprise, he found he could feel him.
Jango's spirit hugged Boba, and the boy gladly returned it. For so long, on the anniversary of his father's death, and ever since the day he watched his father die, Boba wished that even for a moment he could see his father one more time just to tell him how much he loved him.
"Dad, I missed you so much." Boba said, crying. "I love you, and I haven't forgotten you. I know, I know, you're probably disappointed because my new father is a Jedi, but he's not replacing you. He takes care of me as well as you did and-"
"Boba, slow down. Relax." Jango said, looking over his son. "My, how you've grown. Strong-willed, and part of a royal family now. That's my boy."
But then, he realized something. "Wait, if you're here... then that means I'm..."
"Don't worry, Boba. You're not dead." said another familiar voice. A voice Boba remembered hearing in the cave.
Boba looked around and saw a spirit of a woman he'd only seen a picture of. A woman with gold hair and emerald eyes like Gabby's.
"Are you... are you Queen Serafina?" Boba gasped.
"I am." said the spirit woman. "You are here in the spirit realm. It is where the spirits of those you've lost will come when you need them most."
"Then... why am I here?"
"Your family has faced many risks over the years, and they trusted you with a daunting task. One that could not have been easy. But even in the toughest moment, you took the chance for the sake of the ones you loved. You just made a very brave sacrifice, and you've proven you're ready."
"Ready? Ready for what?"
Serafina had Jango and Boba follow her down a path, where showed many memories of Boba's from the day he first saved Gabby even before they became siblings to every happy memory they made together with every member of their family and all the friends they made.
Serafina: You've come such a long, long way
And I've watched you from that very first day
To see how you might grow
To see what you might do
To see what you've been through
Jango: And all the ways you've made me proud of you
Boba couldn't believe it. He didn't expect his birth father to be so accepting. It appeared his adoptive family was right. All Jango would've wanted was for his son to be happy. And with the new life he had, he was.
Serafina:
It's time now for a new change to come
You've grown up and your new life has begun
To go where you will go
To see what you will see
To find what you will be
For it's time for you to fulfill your destiny
Serafina appeared to cast a spell that made Boba's bracelet glow again, and so did the blue streaks in his hair. Then, the magic engulfed him to the point where he began feeling an odd feeling he hadn't felt since his family transferred their magic to him.
Boba opened his eyes with a gasp, finding he was still underwater. Except... he could breathe! He wasn't even wearing a magical pearl. How was this possible?
What was even crazier, Boba found himself turning into a merman again. He swam up to the surface and saw that he was at least twenty miles from Solaris.
"Wow, I'm far!" Boba said. "How am I supposed to get back?"
Boba moved his hand over the water, and found some waves formed and moved him a little.
That was weird. He though.
He tried it again, and more waves came.
That gave Boba an idea. He concentrated on the water and started to make waves. Literally.
Kara managed to get in touch with Obi-Wan Kenobi and the other Jedi.
"I don't know how we can penetrate this shield." Kara said. "There isn't any way for me to get around it."
"Hold for as long as you can," said Obi-Wan over the phone. "We'll assemble a team and arrive to help immediately."
Kara decided she had to go back to the castle. It didn't seem there was any hope for Boba... until a big wave came about and out came Boba, transforming back to human form as he exited the water. A bright blue glow came from Boba's hands as he placed them onto the shield. And as he held his hands there, the shield began to penetrate little by little.
Kara was flabbergasted by what she was seeing. How was Boba doing that?
Boba couldn't believe he was doing this either. It looked like Serafina just gave him powers! Powers over water.
Boba quickly realized water must've weakened Morpha's spells too. No wonder she hated water so much.
"Hi, Aunt Kara." Boba said once he reached the land.
Kara spun her nephew around in a hug, overwhelmed with delight to see him alive and safe.
"I was so worried about you." she sighed with relief. "How did this happen?"
"Long story. There were spirits, I made waves." Boba said. "Right now, I have to go back and save my family."
"No. Lady Morpha will just use your family against you again."
"Which is why this time... we'll have to be fast." Boba said. "What's the quickest speed you can go?"
The royal family sat devastated, once again trapped in magic bubbles as Morpha resumed the coronation, this time forcing Senator Organa to be the one who crowned her.
"Remember, don't mess this up." Morpha said. "Or your wife gets it."
As Bail reluctantly gave the speech Morpha had him read, Omega sat in her restraints and suddenly felt an odd sensation coming from her body. She looked at her hands and saw an unusual golden glow coming from them. Omega gasped silently. She couldn't believe it. She asked for a miracle, and now she had magical light powers.
Omega, use your light to escape. Anakin said through the Force. You can help the horses escape and get the little ones out of here on the horses.
Omega looked at Anakin like he was crazy.
If you care about Boba as much as we do, use your new power to save the most important people he's ever known.
Omega, however, wasn't sure how to use her power, especially when her hands stopped glowing. She tried to make them glow again by rubbing her hands together. Nothing happened. She tried whispering Glow! but nothing happened. Omega was scared now more than ever.
"If anyone should dare to have a reason to object to this coronation, let them have the gall to speak up." Bail said.
And that was when the doors opened, and in came Boba.
"I object!" Boba said, striding into the room, looking determined.
"Prince Boba?!" Morpha gasped.
"Lady Morpha, the time has come to pay for your crimes." Boba said. "You can mess with me, but no one messes with my family."
"I don't know how you survived that plummet into the ocean, but you will not defeat me. You have no magic of your own. And only I can work the scepter."
"Only when you're holding it." said a voice behind her.
Morpha looked in horror to see Kara there, and the royal family and their friends freed from the bubbles. Kara held the scepter and sped off with it, giving it to Boba.
"Let's see you take anyone down without this." Boba said, and he smashed the orb of the scepter against the floor, but no one's magic returned.
"What just happened?" Omega said.
Carousella suddenly remembered something.
"Destroying the dark object that took the magic doesn't restore it." Carousella said quietly. "You have to destroy the one who took it too."
"Then I guess we know what to do." Anakin said.
Morpha started to summon more moths, only for the royal family to run, ordered the horses to free as many as they could. And luckily for them, reinforcements soon arrived in the form of the Jedi and various members of the clone army, and some Enchanteds Morpha hadn't captured.
While everyone else kept Lady Morpha distracted, the royal family followed Boba back to the Pillar of Light.
"How did this happen?" Anakin said.
"You have powers now?" said Lamenta.
"Yup. Powers over water." Boba said.
"Omega has them too." Gabby said. "But over light."
"Then that's perfect. I know how to stop Morpha for good. We found the river of memory, and discovered we need to make liquid light."
"How are we supposed to do that?" Carmine asked.
"That prophecy Gabby saw about a new threat... it was incomplete." Boba explained.
"What do you mean?" Gabby asked, confused.
Luckily, Boba remembered it by heart.
One sent away births another one day
Then that one births two
Raised apart by two.
Each of those two, shall each birth one
A child of great power
And incredible smarts
Then one brings two
Not of blood
One who finds another
Each a child of royal heart
Then together they come
The children's group of four,
And the eldest shall be chosen
Make first a sacrifice
Save the others
And together they come
Sisters and a brother
With heart so true
To create the power
To open the door
Powered by heart
Helped by three,
Three gifts of love
And distant memory
Defeated for good the threat shall be.
"Obviously, Omega and I are those two other kids not of blood. And Gabby and Lamenta are the two who are of blood." Boba said.
"What about the three gifts of love?" Lamenta pointed out.
"I thought really hard about that one... and then I realized..." he showed his bracelet. "My bracelet was a gift of love. Gabby, Lamenta, do either of you have any special item of sentimental value that you always keep with you?"
Gabby thought about it for a moment. And then she remembered.
"The necklace Daddy gave me for my third birthday!" she pulled the necklace from under her shirt.
"And the one Mommy and Daddy gave me." Lamenta pulled out her silver moon necklace.
Boba removed his bracelet and noticed three empty spots surrounding the sun symbol.
"Quick, put your necklaces into one of those empty spots." Boba instructed, placing his bracelet into one. "Omega, stand on one side of the circle."
"Okay..." Omega, uncertain, took a spot, and Boba stood opposite of her.
Boba then instructed Gabby and Lamenta to stand on opposite sides of the circle between him and Omega.
"Okay, we have to say these words together. It's the only way to make the spell work"
"But I don't know how to use magic." Omega said.
"And Lamenta and I don't have magic anymore, remember?" said Gabby.
"That doesn't matter now." Boba said. "A very wise someone once told me that magic isn't all about enchantments or potions, and no one can truly take it from anyone. It's inside all of us. We just need to believe in it to help it come out."
Boba held out one hand towards Omega.
"Omega... a very special girl didn't give up on me even after everyone else did. I'm not gonna give up on you now or ever. You always wanted to do more than be a medical assistant, and now you have that chance."
Gabby and Lamenta looked at each other, and each began to put their hand in. Then, Anakin and Carmine stood opposite of each other and put in their hands to show support. And Qui-Gon and Kara joined in as well.
Omega saw that everyone was choosing to believe. She asked for a miracle, and here at this moment, they were about to be that miracle. So, she put in her hand.
"Sun, light, water rise. Lure moths of darkness to the liquid light." Boba said. He said it over and over again and got the others to slowly join in and they all said it together repeatedly.
Back at the castle, Lady Morpha continued to throw her moths at everyone, but with everyone who was wearing glasses and packing water or loud noises, it became near impossible for her to enslave anyone. And when she saw what was happening outside, she was fraught with dismay.
"NO!"
Lady Morpha raced out to stop the royal family, but she had forgotten to take Mila's magic.
Mila concentrated and held Morpha with her mind. Morpha tried to fly away, but Mila kept her strong mind going.
"You've got her, prima!" Mirabel cheered.
"Allow us to assist you, Mila." Obi-Wan said, and he and Ahsoka used the Force to help hold Lady Morpha in place.
"Hey, Fiesta. Why don't you throw our wannabe queen a party?" Ahsoka said.
Fiesta was way ahead of her rider, and she flew up to Lady Morpha and played some loud mariachi music, which weakened her power, and made her lose control over her moths, giving the royal family more time.
As the royal family continued to concentrate, the spell began working!
The Pillar of Light began emitting a light blue glow as Boba and Omega's magic combined with the family's support and the gifts of love, creating a magic like none of them had ever seen before.
And the royal family soon found themselves lifted into the air, a beacon of liquid light bursting into the air like a geyser that reached impossible heights.
Upon the rise of that liquid light, Lady Morpha's moths found themselves drawn to the bright light like bugs to a zapper.
All of Lady Morpha's moths, including the ones who'd enslaved someone, flew away from their previous location or off whoever they'd enslaved, and followed the light.
"No! STOP! Don't go into the light!" Morpha begged her moths. But the moths were no longer under her control.
And as the moths entered the beacon of liquid light, the gifts of love returned to their owners, and something else magical happened.
The entire royal family found themselves feeling their magic returning, and their wings came back too! But that wasn't all.
Boba suddenly found he sprouted wings too! So did Omega!
Boba's wings were blue like the ocean, and Omega's were golden like the sun.
"We..." Boba gasped.
"We have wings!" Boba and Omega exclaimed in unison as they flew for the first time, but lost their balance at first, luckily being caught by Anakin and Carmine.
Anakin waved his hand and grew flowers.
"My magic's back!" he smiled.
Carmine sang a song and made Anakin's flowers grow bigger.
"So is mine!" He smiled.
"Time to finish Lady Morpha for good!" Gabby said, beginning to fly in the direction of Lady Morpha, who was still stuck in a telepathic/Force hold.
Lady Morpha couldn't believe her eyes when she saw the entire royal family with their magic back.
"Impossible!" she said.
"Not impossible, Lady Morpha." Gabby said. "You underestimate my big brother. We may not be related by blood, but he's just like anyone else in our family. Smart, determined, and not standing for dark, twisted villains like you."
"You may have prevented us from using enchantments, Morpha..." said Anakin.
"But you cannot extinguish it for good." Carmine said.
"Magic lies within all of us." Lamenta said.
"And no magic spell can penetrate the most powerful magic of all." said Qui-Gon.
"The magic of true love!" Boba finished.
The royal family all joined hands, forming a heart as they combined their magic once more, creating a rainbow beacon of magic that hit Lady Morpha and did the ultimate punishment for her crimes... disintegrating her to dust. But that was not the only miracle performed.
As the spell was broken on everyone Morpha cursed, all the powers she stole began returning to all of their rightful holders, including the Marehearts and Estrella. But that still wasn't all.
The rainbow flew across Solaris, and all around, the vegetation began to grow back. All the grass, the trees, and the flowers... they all returned! And many beautiful butterflies and woodland creatures came out of hiding.
And as the beauty of Solaris was restored, the royal family soon returned to the ground.
They had done it. Lady Morpha was defeated for good, and so was Darth Sidious.
"I knew there was more to you than meets the eyes." Gabby smiled at her brother.
Boba picked his sister up in a big hug.
"I missed you so much."
"I missed you too, Big Brother."
"Make room for Daddy." Anakin said, hugging both his kids. And soon the others joined in a hug too.
But, Anakin and Carmine looked at their father.
"Care to explain this surprise sister, Dad?" said Carmine.
"Perhaps that can wait until after we return everyone home?" Qui-Gon suggested.
Everyone laughed.
