Backstory: He's the son of an Inazuman demon queen of the kingdom of New Natlan and Xabalanque, the first Pyro Archon. He had an older sister named Lily who would be the next queen and he would be her personal guard. He had to live through the Archon War 2000 years ago. The start of Emo's depression. Emo and what remained of his family went to Khaenri'ah unfortunately on the day of the Cataclysm. The Unknown God witnessed him and gave him his scroll piece. A few centuries later his mother-who was publicly known to have panic attacks-disappeared without a trace. The climax of Emo's depression. Lily and Emo left New Natlan and hid in a castle they built on Narukami Island. The two lived there a few centuries. After 200 years Emo's scroll piece was taken by the Legend Keeper of Sumeru. A few centuries later Lily was killed by a Demon Hunter who Emo killed. Emo's breaking point. After Lily's death Emo let out all the emotions he bottled up for centuries causing his and Lily's castle to burn down which caused the Great Fires of the 3rd Inazuman Century which burned 9 villages. Emo then started traveling around Teyvat to find a way to locate his mother and revive Lily. Emo met a few friends along the way and hid his depression once more so they wouldn't worry.
