'I will miss you mumma!!! But then I'm not going to miss family much I have FD there...Right FD?' she said hugging my Aunt Nivea who forced a smile on her lips trying to control rolling her eyes.

Ray held her hand and they boarded the luxury car and waved everyone a goodbye. They were off for their honeymoon to Europe. Slowly crowd began lessening. People were leaving and the emptiness inside my heart felt even more painful. Hurtful.

My damp eyes looked at the man standing opposite to me. Once everyone moved out. It was just him, my family, Alice and Crastas.

Daryl looked at me once again with a dirty smirk and then his mother spoke up...
'Well I think we must as well...leave!!! Thanks for having us Nivea and Rakesh!!!' and my aunt hugged his mother.

Alexander didn't say anything even now. My lips quivered. I wiped a tear rolling off my left eye and started walking outside the church premises. Everyone followed.

I didn't want to wait any longer. I didn't want to take Alexander's car or for that matter anyone's car. I wanted to be alone. So I walked a little away till I reached the auto stand. But none of the auto drivers were ready to take me from Urva to Valencia. I was annoyed but that's when my phone began ringing and I saw it was Alice. I didn't want to pick the phone call but it was her son's wedding. She could have needed some help and to add on she is new to Mangalore. So I received the call.

'Fari ..where are you? Can you please come the City hospital!' she said and I froze.

'Hospital??? Why???'

But I couldn't hear her response instead I heard her shouting...
'Al...turn here...what the hell...gosh this looks so bad!!!'

And I was shivering...
'Alexander??? Is...is he ok???'

'Fari... just come soon...bye!' saying she dropped the call. I couldn't really wait for an auto and the hospital wasn't too far so I lifted my gown and began running towards the hospital.

I kept praying to God to please keep him safe. What happened to him...He was fine till sometime ago...Did he do something to himself...Oh God!!! I will kill Daryl if Al did something to himself and will never forgive myself for befriending that man!!!

I kept praying. After about 20 mins I rushed to the reception counter and asked for Alexander but luckily I found Roy there...

'Oh thank you sweet Jesus!!! Roy...where is your uncle..is he hurt...how did this happen...is he fine...where is he?' I asked in a worried tone but he smiled.

He freaking smiled.

'You both are so much in love aren't you?'

'Sorry???'

'Huhh...never thought I'll say this! But your man isn't so bad after all! That asshole deserved it!' Roy said

'Who deserved what?' I was totally confused and that's when I heard Alice...

'Fari! Thank god you are here!!! Come with me' saying Alice took me to the emergency room and I saw a nurse was applying medicine to his swollen lip which had a cut.

My eyes filled with tears.

'Who did this???' I asked Alice angrily

'Daryl!!!' she said and my anger was on cloud nine.

'I am going to kill him!' saying I was about to walk away when Roy stopped me saying...

'Relax Aunt Fari! Everything is taken care! EVERYTHING!!!' and I was confused. That's when Roy pointed towards the folks behind me and there I saw Daryl's mother crying on his father's shoulder. My aunt trying to console them.

She saw me and came rushing to me...
'You bitch! If something ever happened to my son! I will make sure to kill your fucking husband!' she shook me by my shoulders and my aunt tried taking her away.

What was happening???

And that's when Alice told me...
'Alex smashed Daryl's head into his car's windshield! He's injured!' and I was shocked.

I looked at Alexander who was casually sitting there getting a first aid. I was completely confused.

'Why wouldn't you want to launch a complaint against him Mister D'Cruz?' the inspector said while Alexander said...

'Voilence isn't my thing Inspector! And it's ok I understand his state of mind! He was disturbed. Infact I feel bad for him.. Anyone would be so disturbed. It's ok!!!' Alexander added while Daryl who had multiple bandages on his head and face with a broken neck still screamed...

'You dog!!! You fucking D'Cruz! You think I don't understand your game??? You did this didn't you??? I will kill you!!!' Daryl shouted.

I was confused.

'Mr Daryl Crasta! We can put you behind the bars for such an attack on a respected individual like Mr Dcruz. I mean look at your audacity. You must be thankful that Mr D'Cruz hasn't launched any complain against you. You attacked him!' the inspector said

While Mrs Crasta jumped in saying...
'He just has a swollen lip...did you see my son... he has a broken neck, face and head!!!'

'Mrs Crasta... whatever Mr D'Cruz did was all in self defence!!!' the inspector said

'Self defence??? The man destroyed my business! My investors suddenly backed out, all of a sudden our business hits a low and we also get threats for selling away 'Crastas' from a Mafia in Dubai I mean I don't even know these big scary men! It has to be him! This man!!!' Daryl shouted and I looked at him.

But Alexander innocently looked at the inspector and said...
'I think he is hurt in his head inspector! I don't know what is he saying...I mean he has some furniture business and I don't know what will I get destroying it and mafia really? I don't know any such criminals! I think he needs treatment!!!' he said softly

'Treatment??? Yes I need one! I have gone mad! This this dog of a person has screwed my life overnight because he's jealous of me!!! He... he's sick! His wife...he saw his wife kissing me so he did this for revenge!'

And my anger rose sky high and I have him yet another tight slap on his face. I didn't care if he had wounds or damages!!!

'He tried to molest me! I hate him!' I said with all the anger inside me...

'She is lying! She is desperate for me! She isn't happy with her marital life! She is still coping up with it!' he yelled

'And who told you that? Do you have any proofs' asked Alexander and that's when Daryl screamed

'Proofs? Everybody knows the consequences Fari married you Alexander. And not just that everybody knows how you both stay in seperate rooms even after being in the same house...if you don't believe me ask Nisha! Her cousin...ask her Aunt Blandina and Nivea...they have all seen them sleeping in different rooms! They don't have anything that a husband and wife have...ask them if I'm lying! They told me she's in an unhappy marriage!!!'

And I was shocked. I looked at Nisha and my aunts. My aunts looked scared and Nisha was looking elsewhere.

'We don't know anything!' Nisha spoke up

'What a bitch!!! You back off now??? What is it in your family... Everyone backs off...first this bitch of a sister of yours backs off from marrying me and now you back off because there is a police case involved... spineless snakes! I shouldn't have listened to you guys in the first place! Atleast I could keep my business! But no...you were the ones who said...kiss her, seduce her...it's a forced marriage and she will melt...while we both can benefit...now you are backing off wooow!!!' Daryl screamed confessing some unbelievable things that shook me from within.

I was shocked.

'You bastard! He .... he's...he's lying Mister D'Cruz! Why will I do that' Nisha shouted

'Isnt it obvious? So you can go lend him a shoulder to cry and that you get a chance with him! If I'm a bastard...you are also a bitch Nisha! Didn't you spike Alexander's drinks on their wedding reception night? But unlucky you...the couple left early!' He said leaving me speechless

'I wanted just some fun with Fari but you .. you and your mother eyed your sister's husband! And that too for money! Woooow!!! And now you back off
.. what a fluizy!!!' said Daryl and I froze. I took a step back and I didn't know what to say.

I looked at my aunts and then Nisha...

'Its...it's not true Fari! We...we are a fam... family! I mean...I didn't mean to' and that's when I rewarded her with a tight slap.

I was broken. This??? This is my family???

That's when I felt someone rubbing my shoulders and I turned around...It was Alexander.

'I think we have had enough for the day! Let's go home!' he said and I looked at him with a shocked expression.

'You are ok after all this?' I asked him and he cupped my face saying

'No I'm not! But I know you have gone through worse! You need rest my love' saying he kissed my forehead.

We were in his car going back home and I was still in my thoughts...

I couldn't understand which Alexander is the one I know...this one or the one who I saw ignored all my emotions back there in the church.

That's when he got a call from Suketu and he put it on the speaker.

'Everything is done Al! Crastas will be a finished chapter by tomorrow morning!' Suketu said

'And the rest?' he asked firmly

'Spoke to Shadab Bhai...He will have a grand welcome back in Dubai!' he said and Alexander clenched his jaw.

'I want him to beg for death! Beg and borrow to eat and still starve. He should suffer and cry. Basically he must know the consequences of what it is to touch my woman! I don't want an easy end to this gutter worm. I want him to SUFFER! Every day...every single day of his life! I want him to fail at everything he does! Dying is easy! Living is tough! I want him to live! Live the life I decide for him. He should regret every single second of his life for even thinking of touching my woman!' Alexander said as I could hear a small growl leave his throat.

Honestly...I was never scared of him but today he looked hideous!

After disconnecting the call he said..
'I know law for you is supreme...but there is no proof to prove that he did it himself. Yes he confessed! But his confession isn't enough to get him behind the bars which means yet another molester walks out in open.

So No!!! Not again!

Molester is a molester! And they only suffer!' he said and I looked at him for a minute. I wanted to ask him so much but my mouth wasn't supporting me.

I was in my life for the first time ever seeing this version of him. He was dangerous and now I know why he was called dangerous! The car stopped infront of his apartment and I asked

'No he won't! But he will beg for death! I don't forgive anyone who touches my things...my family...my people...this one touched my love...You have no idea of what his life would be!!!' he said slowly tucking a strand of hair gently behind my ear and I gulped nervously.

'Are you scared...scared of me?' he asked and I bit my lip and said...

And before I could complete the statement his lips were on mine. His big hand wrapped around my petite waist and I was pulled into a soft yet long calming kiss. It was more like an assurance that he's here...for me...with me...

Our lips moved in sync melting into each other's arms. He slowly pulled me closer and caught my neck with his hand... applying more pressure shoving his tongue into my mouth tasting every nook and corner of my mouth and finally bit my lips lightly and finally gave a long peck on my pout and whispered...

'My trust and emotions aren't so weak that any random Daryl Crasta walks over and I think my wife is a cheater. And neither am I a saint to let a bastard like him go away with just a small police case. Things had to be legally illegal for him. His suffering is my peace.
