Serenity (Rosamund)
As she lay stretched out in the sand, Rosamund Smith looked up at the stars and thought about how lucky she was.
After more than nine hundred years, she had found Finn again. She still loved him and he loved her. What she felt for him was always something true, and they had never completely gone away, even when she had tried to get rid of them.
When they finally got back together, they had had no idea what they were going to do. So, they did the first thing they thought of: get out of Mystic Falls and go somewhere very far away. Finn did seem to miss his mother, and maybe even his siblings a little, but he didn't seem sad at all to be somewhere far away from family drama.
Rosamund only wished she could solve her own family drama. It had been years since the last time she had spoken to Sage. The two sisters had meet up every now and then over the years, but it was always so awkward and tense between them. Rosamund certainly hadn't told Sage that she had run off with Finn. That was one thing Sage certainly wouldn't forgive. But despite that, Rosamund didn't regret it. She supposed that made her a selfish person, but she was happy, even if she was being selfish.
Now Rosamund and Finn were lying on the beach together, gazing up at the nighttime sky. They were both at peace, and Rosamund silently thanked each star for her good fortune.
