Third-Person POV

It was a new blissful day after their heartfelt confession. Pihu and Prayan both were thanking their fate. It's true when people say that destiny holds the best for you. Probably they meeting each other in tough circumstances--- they befriending each other-- and their emotional confession is all destiny.

It was around around nine in the morning when Pihu was still sleeping like a baby bear in her soft and comfy bed. She was in her Dreamland when she received few texts on her phone.

After groaning and rotating her body a bit, Pihu muttered few incoherent words and sighed taking her mobile in hands.

A beautiful smile reached her lips when she saw that it was from Prayan.

Morning Sleepy Head,

Get ready by 12:00pm, we are going on a date. I'll come to pick you up.

Missing you and lot's of love.
Your Future Husband.

When Pihu read the text, she felt dizzy. All these emotions were making her feel light headed. Just the mere thought of Prayan as her husband brought a tingling sensation in her body. With a smile, she finally left her comforter and went to freshen up.

Pihu was pacing around her house and her parents were watching her amusedly. Immediately there was a knock at the door which startled the Srivastav family. Mr Srivastav opened the door and allowed Prayan to enter inside.

"Hello Aunty and uncle. How are you both?" Came a deep voice causing Pihu to turn around. The moment their eyes met, Pihu's jaw was left ajar, she was awestruck by Prayan's handsome features.

On the other hand Prayan was on the verge of drooling when he saw his Pihu standing and looking like an angel.

He ambled towards Pihu and stood in her close proximity. Prayan handed a bouquet of fresh scented roses to Pihu, which instantly brought a smile on her face. She appreciated his kind gesture and said him thanks.

"So Mr Prayan, you are taking our daughter on a date, but I hope you abide by the rules. I want my daughter back by 10 and no naughty stuff."
Mr Srivastav said in a firm Voice.

"Papa(Dad) stop." Pihu mentally groaned. She whined and pulled Prayan out with her.

"Bye Mom and Dad. Take care of yourselves. I'll be back soon." Pihu yelled and made her way towards Prayan's car.

Prayan was still chuckling on Mr Srivastav's statement and mentally noted to bring their daughter back early.

The moment they reached his car, just like a gentleman Prayan opened the door for Pihu making her giggle.

"Such a gentleman." Pihu said.

"Just for you." Prayan replied making all the butterflies go wild in her stomach. Prayan sat on the driver's seat and started the ignition. They both started their journey with endearing smiles adorned on their faces.

"So where are we going? And don't you dare say it's a surprise. I really don't like it." Pihu whined a bit.

"So what you are saying is you don't like Surprises? But as per my understanding you were really amazed by my surprise, when I took you at the amusement park." Prayan asked amused.

"It's not like that--I like Surprises but I am really curious as to where are we going." Pihu said while pouting.

"Hahaha--Fine! Fine! Firstly we'll go and have lunch. I don't know much about the restaurants in Delhi, but I found one which is neither that classy nor very simple. It's a new one and surprisingly it's reviews were very promising despite being just a month old. I hope you like it." Prayan said while focusing on his driving.

"I am sure I'll like it. I do not fancy classy restaurants that much. I like the environment which gives calm and serene vibes. Just like you I also prefer restaurants which are less crowded and quite friendly." Pihu whispered looking fondly at her love.

The moment they both entered inside the restaurant, Pihu was sure that this place is now her favourite. Despite Living in Delhi, she was not aware of this place and she is glad that Prayan brought her here. The auroma of the place was extremely positive and friendly which Pihu liked a lot.

They both chose the seats near the glass window giving them a clear view of outside. After having a seat, Pihu and Prayan ordered their food and started goofing with each other.

They were sitting across each other, their fingers interwined. Prayan was tracing Pihu's fingers softly with his thumb and looking at her intently babbling about something.

"Prayan if you don't mind I want to ask you something?" Pihu asked straightening herself.

"You can ask me anything you want." Praya said and encouraged Pihu to go on.

"You never inquiried, that what Sahil said to me. Does it not concern you, that Sahil was trying to woo me at the party." Pihu asked. She was honestly confused that Prayan never aksed what his friends intentions were that night.

"Frankly speaking, I was aghast with the thought that Sahil was going to ask for your forgiveness and what if you both reunite. But somewhere I had this hope that you'll be mine. I believed in the power of my love and knew that neither Sahil nor any third person can separate us. Call it my belief in our bond or on our destiny but I always had this feeling that you are my soulmate. Maybe that almighty has made us for each other." Prayan finished his little speech which was enough to make Pihu emotional.

Soon their order came and they both started digging in.
