I was sadly prepared for that scream I knew that was my mom's signal she screamed so I would know to grab my escape back and run far away from her cause my father had just killed her.So I ran to my window and jumped,then I ran all the way to the end of the walk way.Then I turned back just as soon as I saw the door open and I saw my mom hobbling towards me and I saw my dad stab her in the back and then himself in the heart.

I shot up from my bed breathing heavily as I tried to go back to sleep in my bed I remembered why I have nobody and how I was doing fine on my own,then I finally fell into a deep,dark, and peaceful sleep.
